I'm usually in diapers, but sometimes when I wanna be a big girl and not for wetting purposes, pull-ups are great. I fit children size ones with cute prints and they are comfy and if I can't wear a diaper, they are easy to wear under anything. But definitely diapers if being used for intended purpose. Although I've found a pull-up under a diaper with slits provide extra protection without much bulk, and over a diaper it keeps the sag minimal and a little more discreet if ever worried about wetting while out.

Would love to find some friends to have some diaper fun, disease and drug free AB/DL here in Costa Mesa. I hope this is the right place to post this, excuse me if its not. I was wondering how other AB/DL are disciplined? Do you have rules and consequences? How would you be disciplined for bad behavior, if you disobeyed a rule how would it be dealt with. For me, I've got rules that I need to follow or can expect a punishment. Swearing I may get a spanking and mouth washed out with soap followed by corner time. Not doing chores, I may get corner time and not being able to change right away(not like a long time, but long enough that I'm uncomfortable). Be grounded and having to wear/use my diaper 24/7, which I know for some is the norm, but when I don't get to be in control it is punishment. Having to carry extra diapers and find a bathroom and hope no one notices. I'm trying to turn bad behavior around and not be such a bratty little girl. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or ways they are disciplined that have been effective in tuning behavior around.

Agree with ^ comment, it's supposed to hurt and remind you to not behave in such a way. Diaper rash happens and if being kept in diapers for the first time this weekend was part of the punishment and your first time, it could be or could be both. Either and both will disapate in time.

I get spanked for being disrespectful, not following rules or doing my chores when I was told. Back talking , lying, tantrums. I sometimes getting a warning, but when I've earned a spanking, I know it's because I earned it. Pants, diaper down, otk and depending on what I did, sometimes with the belt. Definitely makes me cry and think twice next time I want to act that way, and however it happens, most defiantly always leaves me with a sore butt.

Defiantly punishment. When I earn a spanking, I know it's not going to pleasurable. I don't get spanked unless its for bad behavior and as a means to correct it and remind me that what I did was not tolerated and should be thought about. Which is what I have to do after my spanking, while I stand in the corner, usually still crying. Even if the spanking wasn't especially hard or long, the fact I had to be spanked and know I earned it, only adds to the punishment while I serve my corner time.

For those of us that don't have a mommy or daddy to be there and discipline when needed. But maybe have an online mommy or daddy, like I do. Yesterday when I was bad, disrespectful and talked back, I earned a spanking I had to give myself. I know it would be far more effective to have been put over daddy's knee and spanked, but since that couldn't happen, I had to do it to myself. Any suggestions about self spanking or discipline. I was told to get a belt and give myself 30. I'm looking for anyone who might have any suggestions to make the spanking more effective when done on myself. I'm trying to change my behavior and be a good little girl, but when the need arises that I earned a spanking, I know I've earned it and want it to be effective so I don't earn another one.
