I like being me. And I'm incontinent. So I guess that means I like being incontinent?

I wear thick overnight plastic-backed Dr P disposables at night. They are always pretty wet in the morning, but normally capable of absorbing more. So I always leave my night diaper on after I get up, and I drink tea and coffee while answering emails etc. Could be an hour, or (if I do not have to rush to work) it could be much more ... until the diaper can take no more. Wet diapers feel good ... warm and squishy (the Dr P overnights contain a LOT of gelling agent). Why change until you need to??

I am in diapers 24/7 (no choice in the matter) and fly often. But I am still nervous and embarrassed about security staff discovering diapers.

I'm urinary incontinent from birth because of mild spina bifida. Luckily, my bowel control is pretty good. But sometimes accidents can happen, especially if the stool is soft.

I'm in Korea for a while ... and that means I get to by the Korean version of Depends ... and they are quite simply the best diapers I have ever used.
