Just received a sample of two medium Bambinos. Haven't used them yet, though I'm eager to do so based on such positive feedback. One thing I've noticed though -I'm a 38" waist, but these diapers seem to cut into my thigh/crotch area very uncomfortably. Not sure if I'm just taping the bottom tapes too tight, or what? Has anyone else experienced this? Large size would be WAY too big for me, so that's not an option. ETA: Ok, I've walked around a few minutes in them, and they feel a little more comfortable, but still cutting into my thigh a bit.

I really wasn't looking for comments, but I do appreciate your thoughts. I wrote this message quickly this morning, before leaving for work, and perhaps I wasn't as clear as I wanted to be. I'm not looking for a long term relationship, etc. Just a mommy/sitter for the week I'm on vacation. I guess really what I'm looking for is a "professional" mommy or sitter. Really, this isn't much different than that.With those services, you pay a fee and visit the mommy in their setting; I'm doing it a little differently. I'm offering a chance for a professional mommy or sitter to come to me, and get a basically free vacation to boot! After the week is over, they can go back to their life, I go back to mine. No strings attached, no commitment, nothing. Disney World is among the world's most popular tourist destinations, with over 16 million people visiting a year. Surely among those must be ONE mommy or sitter! Why write this now, so far in advance? Well, I figured I had more of a chance of finding someone if I started early. Plus. if someone was curious enough to write me, this would give them the opportunity for them to get to know me better, and vice versa. In fact, I'd insist upon it. I'm not just going to take the first person who says they are interested at their word, and I would imagine they might not intially take me at mine.

Hi all, Long time reader, occasional poster. Anyway, I know 2009 is far off, but I figure this gives me plenty of time to start looking or for people to tell me I'm crazy! Here's the details: I'm going to be staying at Disney World in Orlando, Florida for one week (7 nights, 8 days) the first week of December 2009. I would love to have a mommy or female babysitter (and only female) join me for that entire time while I am on vacation. To make this happen, I am offering a basically FREE trip to the mommy or sitter who is willing to take me up on this. While I wouldn't pay transportation to Florida, I will provide: 1) Accomodations at one of Disney's deluxe level resorts -concierge level. This means you get free food and drink in the club lounge throughout the day during your stay, among other benefits. The room comes with two queen beds, so you would have your own. 2) Free park tickets 3) All meals What I'm looking for: 1) Mommy/Sitter will be with me at all times. 2) Mommy/Sitter will ensure that I am diapered 24/7 for the duration of the trip, and handle all diaper changes, including (obviously) poopy diapers. At the parks, these will be done in the companion restrooms (private) or in a private room at First Aid. Diaper changes should be on a regular basis. 3) Mommy/Sitter will also be responsible for giving me a bath, etc. 4) Mommy/Sitter should be around my own age (early 30's). While I am somewhat flexible with this, I don't think I could handle someone in their 60's, lol -it'd be like touring with my grandma. 5) Absolute professionalism and discretion -I have a life outside my AB lifestyle, as I'm sure you do too. Not looking to broadcast my AB side to the whole world. 6) Females only. Not into the "daddy" thing, guys. What I'm NOT looking for: 1) To be babied in the parks - with the possible exceptio of a diaper change in a private bathroom, etc., I'm not looking to wear baby clothes to the parks, be pushed in a giant stroller, drink from a sippy cup at the parks, etc. Again, not looking to draw attention unncessarily to you or me. I will wear baby clothes in the privacy of the hotel room, however, if mommy/sitter wants me to. 2) Sex -This has nothing to do with a sexual relationship, and I'm not trying to hit on you. No, maybe I didn't make myself clear. These are the secure X-Plus, the ones that just came out a few weeks ago. These are made for overnight. Supposedly comparable to Abena X-Plus, and they are more expensive. Actually haven't seen them on ebay yet. Don't want to list them on there anyway, since I have an ebay store, and this isn't exactly the type of item I sell normally, lol. Moot poot, regardless -they are spoken for.

Hi all, I have up for sale 3 packages of 12 (total 36 diapers) of the new Secure X-Plus diapers, medium size. While I'm normally a medium in other diapers, I forgot secure brand run a little small on me, and these are just uncomfortable for me to wear all night. I bought a case of 48, and thought someone else could use the others. The 3 packages are new, unopened. These are really great for overnight use, and quite absorbant. I'm not looking to rip anybody off, I'm selling them for exactly what I bought them for. I prefer to sell all 3 packages together. Gosh, all these Orlando area people, who knew! Makes me wonder if there have been times when I've been at the store buying diaper supplies there might have been other AB/DL 's in there too! Has noone ever tried to arrange a get together or meeting, anything like that? With all the themeparks and stuff here that might be kinda fun.
