I have worn diapers (nappies) with plastic pants since I was 14 yrs old. I now have become naturally doubly incontinent and wear my nappies under my shorts during the day and wear just a 'T' shirt and my nappy at night.

I wear terry (cloth) diapers which makes me have a bigger hip size so my plastic pants are measured over my diaper so I get a comfy but leak free fit. Likewise my shorts are always sized to fit over my nappy (diaper). Hope this is useful.

Hi I'm Steviekins and am only 3yrs old and still wear diapers 24/7. My real age is 61! I enjoy being dressed and treated as a 'toddler' and love having a dummy/pacifier in my mouth. My favourite toys are my Teddy Bear which I call FrerBear and my Thomas The Tank Engine play set.
