  1. I’d be interested in joining the chat too if it’s open to new members! @BrownBobby I’ve been untraining for a while and I’m becoming very dependent on wearing diapers for peace of mind
  2. I just loaded my diaper after lunch, it was a big cleanup, but feel so relieved and comfy in a brand new diaper ? This is the 5th time i’ve messed a diaper this week!! I think i’m getting used to it ?
  3. Hi everyone, I’ve developed OAB from untraining over the past few years, and lately it’s starting to affect my sleep. Lately I’ve been wearing the thickest diapers I have to bed, because I know I’ll wake up in the middle of the night needing to pee (even if I drink smallest amount of water before bed). For the life of me, I can’t seem to relax while laying down in bed I have to stand up next to my bed, while half asleep, and let the pee flow before hopping back in to bed. I’m a light sleeper, so this is a lot better for me than having to go to the bathroom, turn on the lights and everything and trying to fall back asleep. But it’s still not ideal and does take me some time to fall back asleep. Worse yet, this cycle happens at least twice or three times in the night, so I’m losing a fair bit of sleep now since it usually takes me about 1/2 an hour to fall back asleep. I would love to be able to just rollover, relax, and drift back to sleep. Or even better just pee while asleep! I’m listening to hypnosis to help me accomplish this, but so far no results, although I know this takes time. Does anyone have any other tips for getting comfortable peeing in bed? Any tips or insight you may have is appreciated!
  4. Hey everyone! I’ve been wearing plastic-backed diapers a lot more recently, and I’ve developed my first ever adult diaper rash I was just wondering what some of your go-to skincare products (brand specific) are to prevent/treat diaper related skin issues? If you have a routine you care the share that’d be great too thanks in advance!
  5. Thanks @Little Sherri !! While I'm not diapered 24/7 completely (yet — hopefully in 2022!), I have worn diapers or pull-ups more than regular underwear over the past few years, with a few stints at full 24/7 here and there. Since I'm usually wearing at least a pull-up, I too am wondering if these "inattentive wettings" have actually been occurring more frequently. The only reason I was wearing regular underwear at the time was because I ran out of pull-ups the day before, and my shipment of new ones was delayed so I had to go without any protection for the day. After my little accident, I was actually super nervous for the rest of the day, worried (but low-key excited haha) that I might have another one. Luckily my order arrived today and I'm happily padded once again, so I no longer need to worry about such silly things :P Thanks @jonbearab :) LOL I really hope full-time diapers are in my near future!!
  6. So I realize it’s pretty weird to be so excited about unintentionally peeing my pants, but I had my first genuine daytime accident today!! I’m not exactly untraining right now, but I’m generally padded 24/7 as I wear pull ups most days if I’m not diapered. Even though I’m not 100% committed to untraining at the moment, I do tend to wet whenever I feel the urge to go while padded, unless it’s really inconvenient to do so or I know i’ll flood and leak. One time that I tend to wet my pull up consistently is after using the toilet for #2. I’m not sure why, but even if I peed while on the toilet, there is usually always a little bit left in the tank when I stand up, so I let it out into my pull up while I wash my hands. I do it so often that I have to be pretty careful not to relax if I’m wearing regular underwear. Usually, I can feel the urge to let that little bit of pee go, so I can hold it if I’m not padded. But today, while wearing regular underwear and sweatpants, I didn’t remember feeling any such urge, and didn’t think anything of it. I have a lot of post-void dribbling now, and my underwear felt a little damp, and I assumed that’s all it was. But then I saw my grey sweat pants as I walked by a mirror in my house, and there was a huge pee stain right on the front of pants!! I didn’t feel myself pee at all, and don’t remember when it happened (i’m assuming it was while washing my hands), and literally had no clue I was that wet until passing by a mirror. It wasn’t a large enough accident to run down my legs or anything, but it was a very large and noticeable pee stain on the front of my pants. Maybe I should be concerned, but honestly it was such an amazing feeling to be completely unaware of having peed my pants haha I was actually soo happy about it! It’s probably a one-off incident, but accidents like this really do make me feel like I belong in diapers :D
  7. I will start doing that! I usually change right before bed, so i’m usually dry before going to bed. It would be amazing to wake up with an empty bladder, but I can imagine that waking up to cold sheets sans diapers would be jarring haha Yeah I don’t think Im quite diaper dependent yet, and certainly not incontinent, but I really hope I’m well on my way I’m also a huge fan of Kaliborio’s blog! I haven’t seen that analogy before but it makes sense. I will likely keep wearing to see if diaper dependence will happen, it’s been a long time dream of mine, but I’ve always felt like it’s out of reach for me. I’m also way too comfortable in diapers to give them up completely haha I certainly know what you mean about running water.. literally can have no urge at all and then the sound will immediately make me need to pee lol Have you tried going without diapers to see if you’ve lost control?
  8. Thanks for the response! I would love to eventually become diaper dependent, and feel like it’s inevitable at some point. So far, I haven’t had any major accidents out in public, but I’ve been wearing pull ups when I go out to deal with my dribbles, which have become more frequent and larger this past year. Yes this sounds very similar to my experience! Being diapered makes the urge/pee/dribble cycle a non issue really, since I can go about my day without even thinking about it. When I take a break and wear regular underwear (which is becoming more infrequent - usually have at least a pull up on), I frequently notice the need to pee, can barely pee when I get to the toilet, and end up with a fair bit of dribble stains afterward. Pull ups definitely help with the dribbles, and I’ve been wearing them more frequently when out in public just in case the dribbles get too big to be noticeable. I haven’t yet had any nighttime accidents of a big magnitude, but have woken up while peeing sometimes at which point my bladder instinctively clenches these accidents are very rare though, and most mornings I wake up completely dry. Hoping this will change someday soon
  9. Hi everyone, Like many others during the Covid-19 pandemic, I’ve been wearing and using diapers a lot more frequently while working remotely from home. I’m not completely 24/7, and often take short 1-2 day breaks, but for the better part of the last year or so, I’ve been fully padded and using my diaper whenever I have the urge to pee (I still use the potty for #2). I’ve gone through many 24/7 stints, usually lasting 1-2 weeks at most before I end up taking a break, then back at it again. These past few weeks, I’ve noticed how hard it is for me to pee in the toilet when I’m on one of my breaks. I get the urge to pee very often when I’m out of diapers, pretty much any time I drink anything, and when I go to the toilet, it often takes a few minutes before I can get the stream going. When I do finally pee, the stream is usually pretty weak, and I don’t feel like I’ve completely emptied, and I soon get the urge to go again and the cycle repeats. It’s gotten so annoying that I just put on a diaper so I stop running to the bathroom so much. I relax whenever I get an urge to pee while padded, and I often don’t even notice the urge to pee since the relaxation reflex has gotten stronger, and I feel a lot more comfortable when diapered because of it. I would say my bladder has become much more accustomed to being diapered, and I’m starting to think I’ve become “diaper trained,” since using a toilet has become much more of a nuisance than a diaper. I don’t think I’m incontinent, but I do think my bladder has changed from prolonged diaper wearing/usage. Has anyone else experienced a change like this? If I keep wearing like this, do you think it’s possible I will become incontinent?
  10. I also wear tighter jeans/pants usually, and my favorite everyday pull up is Tranquility Overnight. They are very discreet, I’ve even worn them to the gym, and they have proven reliable for at least two floodings for me. Pull ups work best when they fit properly. I’m on the smaller side, and I find that most pull ups that say size S/M leak easily for me because they are too big. Tranquility’s overnight pull ups come in a proper size small that fits me perfectly, and I’ve experienced far less leaks in them!
  11. I’ve found some success with always having a glass of water handy! I have a timer on my watch that goes off every 20 minutes, but if I notice that I wet during that time, I reset it and start again. I take a sip of water every time I wet or the timer goes off. I’m starting to forget if I’ve just wet, or if I’m still dribbling from the last time I wet, which is a pretty awesome feeling lol
  12. I also have light/moderate bladder leaks at night, and I wear pull ups for them, they work great for me.
  13. I also wear Tena ultimates at night, and I really like them. I need to wear size small adult pull ups for the best fit, and Tena ultimates and Tranquility Overnights are the only ones I found that have a true size small (not S/M). I don’t experience full bladder wettings overnight, so pull ups work well for my accidents.
  14. hello, i’m currently doing this exercise today! it’s been quite an experience so far... I get a strong urge to go now about every 5-10 minutes, and it’s gotten to a point where I feel i have to leak or holding it will get too painful, it’s starting to feel autonomous. I am squirming quite a bit too, should i be allowing larger leaks? do you feel like your squirming and full all day while doing the exercise?
  15. I can’t speak to your condition, but I found CBD really helpful for my anxiety disorder! It is not similar to weed/THC in its effects. THC is psychotropic and CBD is not. CBD is highly unlikely to cause any effects like paranoia or anything like that. Honestly I don’t feel anything from CBD other than an overall calm/relaxing feeling, but I’m still sharp mentally while i’m on it. I believe it is used for pain because of its anti-inflammatory properties. You also do not have to smoke it. I take CBD oil, which is edible and I can drop it in my tea for instance. Taking it in edible form also makes for longer lasting relief than smoking it, although it takes longer to feel it. You can also get it in pill form, which is really just a measured dose of the oil, where I am from.
  16. Since the shelter in place order was issued where I live, I’ve been wearing diapers a lot more than usual. Essentially every day, though sometimes I still just wear a pull up if i’m really focused on work and know I’ll unconsciously hold because of it. Nevertheless I have been using diapers everyday for about 5 weeks now, and here are some things i noticed: 1. I still have most of my control. I am able to go without diapers, and sometimes catch myself holding it unconsciously if i’m really focused on something. 2. I’m dribbling more. Even though I still have control, I find myself dribbling frequently, and it sometimes catches me off guard. 3. My urgency has increased a lot. I have the urge to go pee a lot more frequently throughout the day, but especially early morning and evenings. 4. It’s gotten harder to pee at the toilet. I still use the toilet every morning for poops, but always wet my diapers. On days where i’m just wearing a pull up or try underwear, I’ll have a strong urge to go pee, and just stand at the toilet for a while before it finally starts to flow. 5. It’s gotten a lot easier to pee in my diaper. It’s gotten very natural for me to pee while drinking coffee in the morning. I pee very frequently in the morning and even when I’m very focused on work it feels like second nature to let it go in the mornings. 6. I often forget if I’ve just peed. There’s a strange feeling I get sometimes when I’ll be relaxing and watching a movie, and feel this vague sense of relief, and I think to myself “oh, I think i just peed!” My diapers don’t stay dry for long so it’s often hard for me to tell if it was a recent wetting or from several minutes ago. #6 is definitely one of the most exciting things for me personally during this whole thing, I hope it’s a sign i’m on the right track towards losing bladder control! One sad thing is that I still haven’t wet overnight in the past 5 weeks. Does anyone else have a similar experience?
  17. I guess for me it’s more like, i’m gonna wear 24/7 while stuck at home during the crisis, and if by the end of it I have developed some level of incontinence, I will accept and embrace that. If at the end I haven’t gained any level of incontinence then that’s ok with me too!
  18. Nice to know I’m not the only one who’s experienced this! And I think you’re probably on to something about the excitability factor. I also have a smart watch that reminds me get up every hour, I’ll definitely start using it as a reminder to relax now, great idea!
  19. So since the covid quarantine started a few weeks ago, I’ve taken the opportunity to wear 24/7 around the house. I still use the toilet to poop in the mornings, but wear and wet my diapers the rest of the time. This is probably the longest I’ve gone wearing 24/7, but I have had a few 24/7 streaks in the past. I don’t know why this happens, but usually on the 4th or 5th day of wearing, it’s like my untraining just stops. For the first three days, I find it pretty easy to let my bladder go on autopilot and release whenever it needs to. This is great because I can wet in small and frequent amounts, and I experience little to no diaper leaks. But on the 4th or 5th day it’s like that feature just halts, and I find myself holding if I’m not actively paying attention to my bladder, which is unfortunate because that leads to more flooding and diaper leaks. It’s really frustrating and I’ve now noticed that this happens every time I wear for this long. Has anyone else experienced this when untraining or wearing 24/7? Or just me lol?
  20. I’ve been forced to work from home for an indefinite period of time, and i’m basically diapered 24/7 whenever i’m home, so I may be wearing 24/7 for a while now. Honestly, not complaining so far :) Stay safe and please practice social distancing everyone!
  21. I just did, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I did. This one was bad though, diarrhea I had just changed into a new ABU plastic playground diaper, and the urge came on very strong
  22. That’s really great to hear that you were able to reconcile your religious beliefs and your desire to wear diapers 24/7, especially with the help of a supportive therapist and partner! Would love to get to a point like that some day
  23. You’re totally right, it is definitely a mind game! I still get so much anxiety when buying diapers in public though I push through it sometimes, but try to avoid the experience at all costs.. On the plus side, I am feeling much better and also comfortably padded now that all my diapers finally came in the mail
  24. What age did you start wearing 24/7? What was the final push/event that made you start wearing 24/7?
