  1. I sent an email to Fetware basically outlining the same question and he confirmed that my assumptions are correct. I should order a small in the UltraFlex pants and a medium in the for Disposables vinyl pants. Which is what I'll do. I'll report back if that works just in case anyone else has the same question.
  2. I should have noted I am ordering from Fetware and they provided extensive measurements, I'm just wondering if their measurements are accurate since the size-measurements don't seem to line up as I noted above. I can email Fetware but figured I'd ask here first since people have had experience with their products here and I'd rather hear from customers than the retailer.
  3. I'm looking at the pants on fetware and the sizing doesn't seem to make sense to me. I want to order their disposable diaper vinyl pants and a pair of the Ultraflex pants. I have a 30-32" waist depending on the brand of clothing. I have size small cloth fitted diapers from Tri-County-Cloth but generally can wear medium disposables in most brands. I also have nylon/vinyl pants from xpmedical in medium which are pretty big on me. They state they're for 30-36" waist. The Ultraflex pants say that a size Small is 35-40" waist which seems way too big for me. The disposable diaper pants say the Small is a 24-28" waist which is too small for me. Should I really be ordering a size Extra Small (28-32" waist) in the Ultraflex pants and a size Medium (28-32" waist) in the disposable-tailored vinyl pants? That really doesn't seem right.
  4. Looks like the restocking got pushed back a week? I could have sworn it was "last week in September" and now it's "first week in October".
  5. Yeah, a lot of people cost them out by case it seems but I'm sure I'm not the only one who can't buy that way. It's interesting how different the prices are by case vs bag. Abena and Molicare in medium are exactly the same price by bag but when you go to case suddenly Abenas are $1.43 ea. and Molicares are $1.41 ea. Molicare seem like the best deal by far for size large and by the case and are a better deal than I thought for mediums. For some reason I always thought they where one of the most expensive of the "premium" brands.
  6. My prices, as stated are by bag not by case. I was pointing out that the prices get different when looking at them in different ways be it by the bag or by different sizes. I checked my math just to be sure and it appears to be correct. I rounded the numbers as well instead of just truncating past the fourth decimal place. Like for example per bag Molicare Super Plus medium are exactly $1.4964285714 ea. which I rounded to $1.50 ea.
  7. I was just noting the print on them. I've only heard someone reference it before. I forget where I read it but they incorrectly identified the little icon/image as a tree. It's actually a stylized representation of a man and a woman embracing. I've always thought that was a fairly odd romantic thing to print on the outside of a adult diaper. I've seen similar images used before in conjunction with Valentine's Day and romance in general.
  8. They're a bit cheaper from Buntewindel directly as well, although with shipping to the US and just buying a bag I think it ends up about even with what ABU is charging. I could be wrong. Regardless it worries me a bit ordering this sort of stuff from overseas.
  9. Interesting thing in that regard. The first time I ordered diapers was a bunch of samples. iirc it was a Molicare Super Plus, Molicare Super, Attends, and a Tena. This was back in maybe 2001 or 2002 so the Tena and Attends I think where actually the much better older versions. The Molicare Super was the blue all plastic type which I think they still sell. Thing that sucks though as I still wasn't very comfortable with myself, being only about 20-21 years old, and right after I used the Molicare Super Plus I wigged out and threw out the rest unused and unworn. It took me something like 6-8 years to finally buy diapers again. Since then it's been totally different though. No guilt, worry, etc. I guess that's the difference between being 28-30 and being 20-21. I regret never having tried the older style Attends and Tena. You can still get the old-style Tena via Europe if I understand correctly. The "Tena Slip".
  10. Unlike "Made in England". Sorry Brits I do live in the US so that's not an issue. May end up ordering their disposable cut pants. Been looking for a tighter less-baggy cut plastic pant for awhile.
  11. The first adult diapers I ever tried where the Molicare Super Plus. This was back in the early 2000s and according to the Internet they where the best thing around so when I finally got the courage to order online, that's what I ordered. Since then I have tried a variety of different brands and styles, a lot of them fairly recently. To give a bit of context, I'm not sure exactly what I am. I would say a Diaper Lover as any Adult Baby stuff is of zero interest to me but I also don't really have a sexual component. Perhaps I'm just a Diaper Enthusiast. Disclaimer: These are my thoughts/reviews of the brands and styles I have tried so far. These are just my opinions and personal tastes. Not meant to be reviews for everyone but people who like one of the brands I do may also find they like other brands I do so it could be useful in that respect. Abena X-Plus I keep going back to these, I've bought them three times now. I do not know why. Maybe it's because everyone else seems to like them so much. Whatever the case I think I've finally confirmed they are not for me. I'm not a fan of the higher waisted fit. The plastic feels soft to the touch but isn't very flexible so they're both restricting and don't stay tight. The design on the outside of the plastic isn't really to my taste either, too institutional I think. They also seem to be more prone to leaks than others I have tried, I think due to the inflexible plastic shell and the legs getting loose after barely any time. Abena Airplus X-Plus I tried these once. I wanted to try out something cloth backed. Basically they have all the same problems as the regular ones for me, but add to that the tapes not sticking well to the cloth backing and the whole cloth backing not holding in moisture thing. Attends with Waistband I wish these where better made/thicker because I actually really love the fit and the plastic. They also have the best leg gathers I have come across which balances out somewhat the lack of standing leak guards. Even with a regular Abri-Let Booster they didn't hold much though. Maybe they'd be better off with the larger Abri-Let or perhaps one of the large Bambino boosters. I only ordered a sample of them, but I may well buy a bag at some point and just supplement them with a more serious booster. Attends Extended Wear Why oh why do they not make this one with the same plastic backing, waistband, and six tapes as the Waistband breif. The capacity is actually pretty damn good but the cloth backing kills it for me. I don't even mind the peach color, in fact I kind of like it. I get a bit sick of all the white diapers and something with some color is a nice change. The cloth backing though is a deal breaker. Weirdly though, the cloth backing is among the louder backings I have come across plastic, cloth, or otherwise. Dry 24/7 I bought a sample of these when XP Medical first started carrying them. That was the batch with the plastic beading on the shell and the pinholes problem, which I think was related to the plastic balling. It seems like they got a batch of not properly melted/mixed plastic backing. I normally wear mediums in everything but the Drycare medium is a bit big on me. That said though, after trying them a second time, this time the non-defective ones I ended up ordering a bag. They're not my absolute favorites but the sheer thickness of them is fun at times so I like having them around. The plastic backing seems to have a bit of the same problem as the Abena but not as bad. Still I find when wearing them for awhile they tend to leak around the legs unless I re-adjust them a few times as the plastic stretches out. Unique Wellness These I bought on a bit of a whim. I often buy from Northshore Medical via Amazon as I have a Prime account and two day free shipping is convenient. At the time Northshore was all out of Molicare mediums on Amazon so I figured what the hell. They're ok. That's about the best I can say for them. I don't dislike them the same way I do the Abenas but they also don't really bring anything unique to the party. They're pretty much mediocre across the board. Ok fit, ok absorbency, ok thickness, ok plastic, etc. The only thing that's not okay with them is the price. They're not crazy expensive, but also not cheap, and not worth the price at all. The manufacturer's claim of 12 hours without a change is bunk. I will not be buying them again. Bambino Classico As stated above, I'm not really into the whole AB thing at all yet I like the printed diapers all the same. Offers some variety and the pastel blocks of the Classico are a nice change. I really like these with a few reservations. They absorb really well, they fit great, and the plastic shell seems to have all the necessary flexibility I like. Unfortunately the plastic shell is also not the softest thing in the world. It's not a huge bother but if I wear one too long the chaffing really gets to my sensitive skin. Even still they'd make my top five favorites. Tranquility ATN These where suggested to me by a fellow Molicare Super Plus fan. He, I think it was a he, said that they're not really like Molicares but that he likes them and the Molicares so I might as well. Turns out he was right. The fit is fairly similar, with the lower rise I like. They have a great crinkly plastic that is a nice novelty as many of the other higher end diapers have fairly quiet plastic. They also swell up a lot, which again, isn't something I want every day but is a nice change of pace. Overall I'd probably rank them third or forth favorite. Either right above or right below Bambinos. Molicare Super Never really occurred to me to try these until recently. Why as simply a Diaper Enthusiast, who values thickness over concealability, would I opt for a thinner version of the Super Plus? It wasn't until I actually saw a picture of them on that my interest was piqued. They have a bunch of unique features to them which I haven't really seen on anything else. They have elastic tapes, which the Teddies had but no longer have. Unlike reports on the Teddie's tapes, I have had no issue with them breaking. The elastic portion is made from a very heavy gage rubber. They also have a central plastic shell but cloth side panels. They're pretty damn thin though, seeming to be almost all SAP and no fluff. They are amazingly comfortable though. The cloth side panels mean they breath great and the elastic tapes ensure a great fit. Adding one of the large all-fluff Abri-Let booster fixes the lack of fluff in the diaper proper and makes for nearly my ideal diaper but still, not my absolute favorite. I only have ordered a sample of them but look forward to ordering a bag of them and the large Abri-Let boosters the next time I need to place an order. Molicare Super Plus Still my absolute favorite easy. The combination of the fit, plastic, and wicking wins out for me every time. No matter how wet they never sag, they never chafe at all, and they're just plan comfortable. I also really like the purple as well. It's always been a favorite color of mine. Whenever I haven't worn one in awhile because I was wearing other brands I am surprised my just how much I like them more. I will still keep ordering other diapers for variety, but I don't see anything else beating these anytime soon.
  12. Interesting that the x-plus is the most expensive. I would have guessed either Molicare or Dry 24/7. The costs are a bit different for single bags though, which is how I have to order due to a variety of reasons. prices in medium from XP: Dry 24/7 - $1.78 Molicare Super Plus - $1.50 Abena X-Plus - $1.50 prices in large from XP: Dry 24/7 - $1.78 Molicare Super Plus - $1.57 Abena X-Plus - $1.75 I guess Dry 24/7 gives the best break on case pricing and Abena cost a lot extra for Large vs Medium. Molicare is only slightly more and Dry 24/7 is the exact same price.
  13. I think it was just a misunderstanding.
  14. A Dry 24/7 with a Tena women's pullup added as a stuffer via the pamperchu method. This is my first time trying it and I figured go big or go home. It's kinda ridiculous, but fun.
  15. Well I think she just means in general a diaper no matter the quality isn't worth it for actual use, as opposed to "play" use. I'll be getting some, assuming they ever show up at ABU, but I don't use a lot of diapers. Maybe four or five a week max.
  16. I assume Fetware is pretty discreet but they don't have that usual shipping discreteness page a lot of other ABDL sites do. At least not one I could find.
  17. Thanks for the pics. I did not expect the quilted interior.
  18. Hmm, the last of the three pack samples I just recently ordered was one of the bad ones. The first two where great. I ordered a full bag of them after the first two samples. I hope it's the good batch. I just ordered on Monday.
  19. I answered yes, but that's not the whole story. As I said in the other Dry 24/7 thread, for me I have had a bad batch early one when they first started selling them, and a good batch more recently.
  20. I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for but Molicares are purple and the markings on them seem less institutional than those on ATNs or Abenas to me. The Lillefit's also have fairly "cute" designs with the sunbursts on them.
  21. The first samples I ordered from XP Medical had the balled up bits of plastic stuck to the outside of the plastic, the plastic was rough, and the waistband was really uncomfortable. I don't think I ever used any of them to capacity so never had any leak issues but didn't really like them. I decided to try them again and it's like night and day. The plastic is much smoother, no beaded plastic on the outside, and the waistband is very comfortable. I did use one to close to capacity and experienced no leaks. So my question is, are the ones with the leaking issue the earlier batches from XP Medical with the weird plastic issues?
  22. For me the main difference between the Abena and Molicare is the fit. I like the lower rise on the Molicare a lot more. That's a personal thing though. I still like Abenas from time to time just for variety.
  23. Quick review: Fit and Comfort: The fit is okay, I would put them near the bottom of the middle of the brands I have tried. They stay up really well even when very wet. My problem is more with the leg gathers which aren't super comfortable and the cut of the seat. The leg gathers are kind of itchy and after wearing for awhile started to bother my skin. I have very sensitive skin, but I think anyone would get chaffed by them eventually. Especially if you where to wear them for the suggested eight hours. The cut of the seat, at least on me, didn't fully cover my rear. I'm not exactly wide of hip or large of butt either. My guess is a lot of girls would have even more issue with them. Thickness and Padding: I woud put them somewhere between a Molicare Super Plus and a Tranquility ATN thickness wise. Like the later they have a pretty large portion of SAP and also a pretty good dryness layer. They swell up a lot when wet. The crotch is noticeably thicker than the rest as well, something I haven't noticed on other diapers. My one main complaint is again the seat which has pretty much the same width of padding as the front. I personally like a fair bit of padding in the seat just for comfort. Plastic shell and Noise: One of the few things I do really like about them is the plastic. It's very smooth and slightly rubbery and for me causes less chaffing than anything else I have ever tried. If you sweat I could see the more rubbery plastic sticking to your skin but I pretty much don't sweat. Noise wise, they're a lot louder than I would have guessed based on how the plastic feels. Usually the more rubbery the plastic the less noise. They're about as noisy as the Abena X-Plus. Absorbency: This is the thing they market like crazy for these things. All over their website and the packaging there's talk about how much money you'll save because you don't have to change as often. Their suggestion is that you change every eight hours. This I cannot see ever working. Maybe if you're in the desert and only drinking 12 ounces of water a day or something. I'd say four hours is probably more realistic. Maybe it could hold eight hours worth of urine but unless you have skin of steel I wouldn't suggest it. That said the absorbency is good, I would guess in the same range as other higher end diapers like the Molicare Super Plus, Abena X-Plus, and Bambino. Surprisingly they hold up pretty well to flooding as well given that they seem to be very high in SAP content. Overall they're decent but at about $1.50 a diaper I'd rather buy Molicare Super ($1.09), Super Plus ($1.41), Abena Deltaform ($1.25), Abena X-Plus ($1.43), Tranquility ATN ($1.05), or even Dry 24/7 which are more expensive at $1.64 each but a much much better diaper. I'm glad I tried them but am unsure if I'll ever buy them again, if they where more like $1.00 each or less I'd be more inclined to buy them again.
  24. I just kind of like sit around and do normal things. The fact that I'm just acting normal while wearing a diaper is a lot of fun to me.
  25. Unique Wellness. I am not terribly impressed. They're not half bad, but I'd rather be wearing a Molicare Super or Super Plus, Tranquility, Bambino, or even Abena which are usually not my favorite.
