I find character creation (specifically, origin stories) fascinating. You have some people who choose a sona based on their favorite animals. Some are based on favorite shows/movies/cartoons/etc. Some just choose a random species as they get started in the fandom. Some characters are given deep meaning and are used as a way to express the owner’s own thoughts and feelings, sometimes even having physical features of the owner/creator made into the character. Then there are the characters created purely for fetish reasons or meant to be used only for lewd acts.
Yep i too think its so interesting finding out the whats and whys to people choices. Its such a diverse reasoning.

Wow you have been on quite a journey, glad you are chuffed with your suit. Some great honest advice here, as always. Feeling the love.
Its whatever makes you happy mate. X

Whats the funniest story you can recall from your time in the forces?
-
Its an interesting question. Here comes a complicated response.
I am one, at least online and in my head. I dont have a suit, dont walk around in a fur suit and diaper (by the way, some wear one inside and outside the suit).
But for intense purposes i identify as a lil baby boy and a lil baby boy cub in equal measures.
From reading comments on furry forums and such it appears that furrycubs and babyfurs are not always thought of fondly by adult furries... especially at conventions, but then its just what i have read never been to one myself.
But if what is written on line is even remotely true, they/ we are more tolerated here in the abdl community than we are in the furry community... go figure

So while serving what was your bed pit like?
At first in basic it was your standard long 30 man room, technical training it was 4 man rooms. Once i got out into the airforce proper it was single man rooms.

Sorry to hear your having a low day mate. The roller coaster of mental health, i hope you reach the bottom soon and feel the jolt and ratchet sound indicating your on your way back up. I hope also that this hump is higher and longer than the last one.
Please remember we are in the carriage with you holding on to dear life and sharing your highs and lows

Wow thanks to all of you accepting my challenge, there is so much info coming out. Really does help paint how diverse a land you have.
I am surprised no one has mentioned giant roadside objects? Is that still a thing?

Thanks guys for your posts so far... some interesting insight.
For someone who has only been over there a few times and just had a couple of night stops down the east coast its very interesting. We have a smithsonian channel here and they do runs of 'arial america' and that throws up some interesting history and points of interest.

I was on guard on the main gate and a chap in civvies drove up. Now if your armed you dont salute. I look at his id, can tell he is army and an officer (different service number).
I pass him back his id, say "thank you sir", and raise the barrier.
He doesnt move, other cars are pulling up behind. I wait, he waits.
I then said "is there a problem sir?"
He doesnt look at me but says "dont you salute army officers in the Air Force?"
(And this is priceless)
I reply "We dont have army officers in the Air Force sir, goodbye"
My oppo' is giggling like a school girl on the far side of the car
