I wear diapers as a result of a motorcycle accident I was in when I was 18. I have been using diapers ever since. I hated them at first, but over time found myself enjoying them. Now even if I could become continent again I would still wear diapers, I enjoy them that much.

I to wear 24/7 and usually wear jeans. I never worry about the cameltoe. Most people do not go around looking at peoples crotches. Personally I have grown to like the cameltoe look, and also like the way it feels. I have been incontinent for over 20 years and never had any problems from it. Trust me, no one notices.

Im incontinent also so I have to wear 24/7. The only time I get nervous is at the airport.

Check this out.. I smoked for 20 years, quit 2 years ago. I was still caughing and getting out of breath quite easily. I just had my annual physical (yes, I was diapered) and I brought this up. My doctor ordered Blood test, ECG and chest X-rays. Blood test came back with high red blood cell count so she ordered a Lung Function Test. The results for that showed that I have mild COPD. Got a prescription for a inhaler and feel a lot better. How long did this all take, 2 weeks. How much did it cost me ZERO. Yes, I do pay a bit more tax than you do in the states, But I don't pay anywhere neer what you pay for your private health care. Remember, the american system is profit based with share holders who demand growth so they make more money. The Canadian system is Not for profit, no one gets rich off of it.

Well I'm Canadian and I have free healthcare, as do all Canadians. It may not be perfect, but it is among one of the top ten in the world. America needs to open there eyes and see that they really don't have a health care system for everyone. The only thing the American system is good for is making the insurance companies rich. Oh, and my drug plan at work covers the cost of my diapers fully.

My bambinos swell up a lot when wet and become quit noticeable under jeans. Personally I enjoy it. And as far as others noticing.. I find I get hit on the most when my diapers are wet and swell up under my jeans. Makes my rear look fuller and gives me a huge camel toe. Guys love that. I also love the way it rubs against my clit as i walk.

My doctor refers to them as protective briefs. If the nurse ask if I need help putting them back on, I always accept.

I wouldn't tell them. There is just no need to tell them. If they ever happen to find out for any reason then just ex plane that they are for a medical condition and that it's no big deal. And then just leave it at that. Anything beyond that is involving your children in your fetish which in my opinion is child abuse.

Going out on the motorcycle. I usually stop and have a few coffees while I am out. By the time I get home I am soaked to the maximum, sometimes leaking. Also the feeling of a soaked diaper and the vibration of the bike make fore a very pleasurable experience.
