Heya folks! I've been using Leakmaster plastic pants (size mediums) from adult cloth diaper for a while now. They're starting to get tired and I think it's time to buy a few more pairs of something. The leakmasters have small / tight elastics on them for my size (36"waist). I was wondering what everyone else used, and if anyone could recommend something *quiet* and comfortable, and inexpensive. I'd like something with really comfy elastics, that isn't too tight, provides excellent protection, and is inexpensive. What's out there in a good yet inexpensive plastic pant? I don't want patterns or anything. White, translucent, clear, or solid masculine colors are ok. No Frills or sissy stuff please, not into that kinda stuff and these are for practical, everyday use. Thanks in advance...

I really enjoy self-cathing, (probably a bit too much ) but for me it's a shorter time period, usually over a period of anywhere from 8 hours to a day and a half. I have used catheters plenty of times in the past, and I have always practiced a sterile technique. You can buy them online if you shop in the right places. Cleanliness, the right technique, lots of lube and care, and it should be a minimal discomfort. It was only moderately uncomfortable when i first cathed myself, but it has become easier. I'm aware of the risks. I drink a ton of cranberry juice when I cath, to keep me flushed out (and to keep me wetting all the time!!!). I probably do this maybe once every 3 months. It feels so amazing to just lose control for a day, I have to agree. There's just nothing like it. I don't endorse trying it unless you either have to or it's something you really really want to do, but I can totally understand what you guys are going through and luckily I have had all good experiences so far, despite the risks. I try my very best to minimize them.

I have a huge pad in my diaper right now My girlfriend's sister bought her these pads... I think they're always overnight heavy something or other. Later, my girl says, "what the... I'm not going to use these!" She opted for some lighter protection - she's not into diapers at all. So she gave them to me to put in my diapers. They add an interesting texture. When they get wet, they stiffen up a bit so you feel them between your legs. They also feel wet long before your diaper is half wet, which is good if you like that soggy feeling right away. You can't flood because they're so wide they deflect the flow towards the leg guards. Haven't tried cutting them open yet, not sure how that would go as far as making a gel mess. Anyways, they feel nice in there and I'll definitely use them up. Would I buy them again? Probably not, since I can get better stuffers. I'll enjoy using them up

I have this problem too. It started when I was in my late teens and has gotten slightly worse over the past 10 years. I try and wear some protective underwear most of the time and that helps a lot. I was using pads for a good year or 2 but they don't stay put and I don't think the coverage is very good. I had a few leak by pressing out and that's not good at all, especially at work or out and about. I've found that depends adjustable underwear (I know, depends, yada yada yada) work really well for me and are thin, quiet, and discreet enough to wear all the time, inexpensive, and best of all they actually feel like a diaper more so than a lot of other protective undergarments. The reason I like them so much is that I can change them like a normal diaper without taking off my pants/underwear/shoes in a bathroom stall (gross!). They're good enough to safely have a small accident in or help all day with PMD. I've found wearing a diaper-like protective underwear is best for my situation. I can't leave huge soaked diapers in the trash at work, the adjustable underwear hide well in the public bathroom garbage with the rest of the white paper towels. I can also find them practically anywhere. I do enjoy my premium diapers at home but when I'm working and I don't want a wet pair of underwear I opt for some kind of refasten-able adjustable underwear. Just my 2 cents. I doubt there is much that can be done for PMD, but I never looked into medical treatment. Do I mind that I dribble a little? Eh, not really. I'm so used to it now that I just be careful about what I'm up to and I usually stay dry on the outside. If this is any indication of a trend in the future, I may be spending a lot more time in diapers that I had previously thought. If it gets a lot worse I guess I'll see a doctor about it.

One of the reasons my gf agreed to let me put it in her butt was if she got to do the same to me. I let her go first because I knew I'd enjoyt it, and I did very much so. I actually took her to the adult toy store (around the corner, ha ha ha) and we got a strap on. Afterward, I got to do it to her and boy was that an awesome night. I wish she'd do it to me more often, ha ha ha. I'd say give it a try, the worst that can happen is that you don't like it (if she is indeed as gentle as she should be). Just take it easy and slow and use lots of lube. Put your stomach on the bed and hang off of the edge, and let your SO get behind you and do some magic.

Wow, that's awesome! I'd give [just about] anything to get my non-dl gf into a diaper. She lets me wear but is not at all interested. I wish i could share this part of my life with her openly rather than in my pants... But congratulations! That's totally superb!

Perhaps. A lot of people do refer to diapers as pampers, just like people call tissues kleenex. Marketing is quite interesting... especially when your trademark is used to refer to all other industry competitors. Does anyone have a band-aid? lol...

Well, thanks for the replies, all. Knew it sounded too good to be true. Guess I'll stick with good adult diapers. Shame, pampers have amazing performance standards.

So I was chatting online the other day with fellow DL's and one happened to mention that he wears both depends and Pampers Youth. I asked him where to find pampers youth diapers, as he stated they were designed for larger kids. I have not been able to find any such product online that is mfd' by pampers, and was wondering if anyone could validate this claim. Anyone know where to find "Pampers Youth" if they do exist? Any help proving/disproving/locating would be appreciated. Thanks! The Dude Abides...

I've become very comfortable with wearing all the time in the last year or 2. I have my body trained to let go when I'm wearing, so I usually wet small amounts whenever my body decides to. Flooding is ok if you're dry and have a good diaper on, and if it's on properly you shouldn't have any problems. The way I've retrained myself, if I start my day in a diaper, (which I have been now for a good 3+ weeks) I need one all day as the control mechanism is, for the most part, shut off. I change myself before my diaper reaches it's leaking point and I stay aware of how wet I am to make sure I don't smell or leak. I carry a few different absorbancy diapers with me all the time, along with some wipes, spare underwear, etc. So I can stay fresh. If I notice any kind of smell I just blast a jet of old spice body spray into the fly of my pants and that helps if I can't get changed right away. To answer your question though, I was nervous when I first started wearing but now I wet my diaper where and when I please. I just make sure to stay on top of it to keep from embarrasing myself. Work, home, out, doesn't matter. People only notice when you give them a reason to. I have something like 200 coworkers and none of them can tell when I wet, if I'm wet, or that I'm wearing a diaper. With such a large place, I'm sure I'm not the only person wearing a diaper or other kind of protection here. I'm sitting at my desk right now and I *was* dry when I started typing this It's all about being confident that your diaper will work for you the way it's supposed to.

I've worn both UnderJams and GoodNights. Goodnights feel alright when wet, they have a decent wet/soggy feeling. As far as holding in a decent wetting, they have always leaked on me. I like them as the fit is better than the waist on underjams but the underjams take the cake for capacity, lower fit, leak barriers, and wicking. Underjams are quieter, bar none. Either one is ok for some light leakage but underjams stay more comfortable for longer. Only downside is that because my waist is larger, I have to wear tight briefs over them to keep them up as the side material starts to rip after a while. Yes, they do fit, kind of tight, and I'd take underjams over goodnights any day of the week. Truth be told, I much prefer a full, thick adult brief. For work, tho, I need discreet which is hard in slacks. If you want something a little larger, Depends adjustable underwear are decent and have a better capacity than the goodnights and are thin and quiet enough to conceal. They are made by the same company and actually have a star pattern on them since the mfg uses the same shell, but the stars are not colored. They have 2 velcro tapes per side and can be adjusted right up so they feel like a real diaper. I wear these almost exclusively to work, since they are comfy, can hold a decent leak (don't push them, they're only underwear) and are changable without having to take off my pants/underwear/shoes. I wear boxer briefs over them in case I have a few drops of leaks but I stay on top of changing them so I don't have an issue. If you get them in the right place, the depends are cheaper for more, too. Plain white is just fine for me. (Look for the cool stars!) I know you really wanted to know about the girl's goodnights. Sorry, no experience there, but hope this helps to some degree even if you don't necessarily care about the depends part. Underjams are awesome, give them a try if you havent

I too have become more relaxed in my diaper wearing over the past few years. When I started, I wouldn't even leave the house, the first time I left the house wearing a diaper, I was so concerned with people noticing. Kind of funny because I started with depends max fitted diapers, which are paper thin and hardly noticable without pants on. They don't notice, though, as long as you take care of yourself, change your diaper when its at its limit, and avoid wearing tight pants. I wear to work, around the house, on road trips, and wherever I please now. Haven't been caught yet, and I suppose if one of my co-workers found out, I'd just tell them I have a need for it. I doubt they'd have the gumption to ask for proof or anything, and if they did, I'd just end it right there with a none-of-your-beeswax type comment or something along the lines of "You think I would be wearing this if I didn't need it?" (inner laughter!). Really, just realizing that has made it easier for me to be diapered out and about, and to feel free wetting in movie theaters, sitting at my desk in my office (like right now, he he he) or on the couch at home. The anxiety diminishes with time, and sooner or later it's just something you do. I've been wearing diapers to work now for the past few weeks straight, and I have to say, I love it! No one seems to know, and if they do, they're keeping it to themselves which is fine by me. I think my next personal goal is to wear to work for a month straight. No diaper, no work! So far so good!

I suppose if I wanted some cloth stuffers, I'd head to the nearest dollar store and grab some kitchen / dish towels for cheap. Better than socks imo and I've used them as stuffers in cloth diapers. I suppose you could user them in disposables too, though. I might have to try it... convenience of disposables with the feel of a cloth diaper... hmmmmm IDEA!!!!!

I have tried a lot of different pull up style briefs and I have to say that the Abena pull ups are far superior to a lot of stuff out there. I would have to say get a better diaper or pull up, even if you can't get Abena or another high quality brand. Tena's real absorbent pull ups (not the crappy ones they sell here in america) are actually really quite good as well. You have to find them online though.

I actually wore men's pads during hot months because I have the same issue, but during the daytime. Saves me from having to layer tp in my underwear which is what I did for years until it dawned on me to wear a decent but discreet pad. The pad keeps you feeling a lot dryer imo. I actually moved up to thin pullups because the pads were almost not enough (coveragewise). The protective underwear is great, and if you just "happen" to have a lil' accident, you're generally ok provided you don't flood the thing. Just find the time to go change it if/when you can. I'd usually have mine on from beginning of my workday until about 6-7 in the afternoon. I'd always wet it anyways, on the way home from work/school. With the absorbent underwear, I get the added bonus of feeling protected and padded all day. The trick is using a thin pull up inside some fairly snug briefs, so they don't sag. I'll often wear a pair of boxer briefs over that, just to keep my inner thighs from getting too sweaty. Since I've done so, I have become much more confident wearing and using freely in public.

I agree with curiosity killed the cat. When I first started wearing, I could barely get one on as I would get excited about the idea. The more you wear, the random erection problem will go away. You'll be able to get hard without wearing a diaper, but once you have one on, your body will be trained not to make it so. It takes quite a while to change this behavior tho, so give it time and meanwhile, just relax before you go. Don't push hard, you'll blow an O-ring.

I have a pellet stove in my living room that heats my whole house. It's super efficient and the top gets nice and warm, but is safe because my cats sleep on it all the time. I think I'll put my nighttime diaper on it for a while before I go to bed tonight Sounds like a nice warm, dry diaper is in my future

Depends underwear for men. Gotta go to work soon, don't want to waste a premium. Usually wear Tena stretch ultras, tena supers, or moli supers in addition to some inexpensive stuff like depends and underjams.

I got back into diapers in my teens. I knew I wanted to, but still lived at home. I'd pee quite a few layers of underwear right before getting in the shower. Eventually I started using big maxi pads (from wherever I could get them from) but they were not enough. After living on my own for a bit, one night after some heavy drinking, I grew some balls and I stopped at the local 24 hour walmart and bought some disposable underwear, and found out they do not hold big wettings really quick. I've been buying both cheap and high quality adult diapers now for many years and even have a few clothies and plastic pants. I love maxing out thick disposables. Once in a great while, I cath myself and go all day without control when my girl is not around (she knows of my diapers and accepts it but doesn't really like being around them). Being cathed is amazing since the control is completely gone and you really do have to rely on your diapers, but I don't do it a lot since there are some risks involved, and I am always VERY careful to minimize the risk of infection. I guess one fetish has led to another, lol. Most of the time when I'm diapered I just let it flow, nice and slow, so I don't leak. Sometimes I will get into a big thick disposable and flood it, because it just feels so good, but I feel as though I'm wasting it as it has to be changed in an hour or 2 instead of 3-5 hours. I will wear molicare supers and tena supers overnight if I can (when girl is at work for a few days), which are the only 2 diapers I trust for middle of the night wettings. Out of all of the diapers I have bought over the years, I like the moli supers, tena supers, and tena ultra stretch the best. Tena ultra strech are great daytime diapers and have one huge tab instead of 2 or 3 pair, so it feels like a huge, comfy baby diaper. The tena supers hold almost as much as the moli's, and feel great when wet. Moli's are probably the best I have used so far, but I don't like to wear plastic lined briefs when I am out and about. The tenas are my out and about diapers and the moli's are for at home time. During road trips, I am always diapered. So convenient. I think I'll be a DL for life...

Are you still able to be fairly active, i.e. walking, going places, round the house work, etc, nothing heavy or strenuous, with an intermittent cath in? Are they ok to leave in for something like 5-8 hours or a good portion of the day? I really want to try this just to see what it is like, since I am not incontinent nor do I want to be. Seems very intriguing tho... to lose continence for a day. How long can you leave it in before you start to hurt your inner sphincter or begin to actually lose control without being cathed?

I'e thought about a suppository before bed. Would that do the trick? Never tried them before anyways, but wondering if they would cause me to cramp up before letting go, in which case I'd surely wake up.

My last road trip was awesome... because I wore a diaper for the entire 800 mile drive I hate stopping to use the bathroom. It wastes so much time... so here's a quick one. My gf normally doesn't like it when I wear my diapers around her, but the last time we took a long road trip I told her how I really wanted to wear them for long distance driving, especially since she knows I pee a lot on road trips anyways, (coffee/energy drinks/soda whatever) because we have to stop a lot for me. She told me I could wear them the next time we went to visit our friends 800 miles away. w00t! Couldn't wait for the day. So we went down a few weeks ago. She kept her word and agreed to let me wear them on the trip down. The unexpected part was that we were taking one of our two friends and their son back with us. Her husband has been overseas in iraq for the past 7 months and was very excited about coming home. His wife, and her 18 month old son were living here with their family locally. The week he came home was the week we made our trip, so we took his wife and their son with us to move back. Needless to say, I still wore my diapers, but was careful to make sure I didn't have any leaks. I was a bit nervous at first, but it was kind of exciting that I knew, and my girl knew, but my friend has no idea that I was using my diapers the whole time! I only changed myself a total of 4 times the whole trip, it was awesome lol. Every now and then, my friend would check her son and go "I think it's time for a diaper change!" Of course, I thought to myself "he he he yep :-)" So I managed to privately access my secret diaper stash in the car every time we stopped so I could change my wet diaper. I have since become much quicker and more comfortable at doing this in a bathroom stall, which just adds to the fun. I'm sure people might figure out what I'm doing in there, or even see me walk through the bathroom with a big soggy wet diaper balled up in my hand, but I really don't care anymore, since I'll never see them again. The sneakiest part tho, was the last leg of the journey. My girlfriend drove the last leg of the trip, and right before we had switched with 200 or so miles or so left to go, I wet myself again pretty well. I fell asleep wet and happy in the passenger seat and woke up with 30 miles to go. I had to go again, so I wet myself again. I soaked and happy. When we got to our destination, we never stopped at a gas station, so I have to wear my soggy diaper around my friends house for an hour or two before I could change out of it :-) I finally got a chance to go to the bathroom and take it off, and even managed to sneak it out to the car for private disposal at a later time. I had a great trip and managed to hide my diapers from my friend, who I'm sure had no idea. It was a fun and fairly exciting ride! I can't wait to do it again!

I'm somewhere in between lucky and unlucky on this one. I told my girlfriend (of 4 and a half years now, who has lived with me for the past 4) about 2 years ago about my diaper fetish, One night, we got hammered together and started talking about weird kinks and stuff. I told her, but only after I made her promies to at least not freak out about my fetish. She agreed, and took it well. She actually kinda chuckled a little at the thought, but I'm really comfortable with who I am and she is completely accepting of that. We have an awesome relationship. BTW she does love her line of work (aside from the obvious...) The unlucky part for me is that she happens to work with an agency that takes care of and houses developmentally disabled people, many of whom must wear diapers and be changed by the staff. So, because she has to do this stuff for work, she really doesn't like it when I do it when she's around. Her job requires her to manage houses for 2-3 days at a time, so it's pretty common for me to wear diapers for a good 3 day stretch, usually once a week, weekly. (That's usually when I freqent this site, he he he) So she just ignores my now huge stash of diapers. Yay for individual closets! So yes, I do have someone that really, really loves me, but bummer, 'cause I'll respect her wishes to get away from the crap (lol) she has to deal with on occasion at work.
