i've never had a diaper rash from diapers, but in the summer i'll get a bit of a heat rash. i've used Boudreaux's Butt Paste and it works great!

diapers. to me, nappies just sounds silly. then again, most people probably think adults wearing diapers and dressing up like babies is silly, so to each his own.

not sure if this is going on everywhere, but i was just at Rite Aid and i picked up a pack of depends fitted maximum protection for $12.99. they are regularly $16.99 according to the receipt.

i've worn in public a few times before with great results. hell, i even wore once when my brother was home. i had already wet, so the diaper was a bit swollen when he came in. i had to make sure i didnt walk funny, but other than that it went fine. i know if he had noticed anything, he definitely would've said something.

hmm... up until this i hadn't even heard of plastic bloomers, i'll have to look into them. i may go with plastic undies though, so i can explore my AB side a bit. or just get both and try it all.

thank you all for the replies. i have a lot to try next time i wear! i havent tried the depends boosts yet, i've only seen them for sale at one store. i know too many people there to buy them. however, i have tried adding another, smaller sized depends into my regular one. that worked great, but added a lot of bulk between my thighs. thats ok if im just sitting around, but walking in it was so difficult it became kind of annoying. i wonder if the depends boost pads have a similar effect? i agree that putting a diaper on correctly isnt easy. i've tried several different ways, and had different results each time.

i guess i could always flood for the first wetting in a diaper, and if it doesnt leak, then i could just go every so often. im sure a depends with some kind of stuffer could handle a decent sized flood, right? at least until i can get some premium diapers to try.

well thats good to know. the last big leak i had was only the second wetting in the depends, they normally hold more than that.

glad to see im not the only one having problems with this. however, i am disappointed that it happens to you with premium diapers. aside from fixing my leaking problem, i want to find a diaper that i can absolutely flood. really dont know why though. guess that'll have to be just a fantasy though, unless there is some sort of super diaper out there i havent heard of.

discrete shipping wouldnt really solve the problem. if my roommate or friends are around when its delivered, they'll ask what i got. im a horrible liar, so i'd rather not be put in such a situation.

better diapers would definitely be part of the solution, but will have to wait. im too chicken to go to a medical supply store, and i wont order online because i dont know who'd be here when ups would come. plastic pants would help too, but i dont think i'll be getting those any time soon either. do the major pharmacy chains carry those? i guess for now i'll just have to pee standing up. kinda defeats the purpose of wearing a diaper for me though, as i like to lounge around without getting up. ah well, i guess nothing is perfect.

so i've noticed the few times a diaper has leaked on me i've been seated. last night it happened really bad, and it was only the second wetting in that particular diaper (depends fitted maximum protection). day before yesterday i was able to pee in one 5-6 times and it still didnt leak. it sure was soaked though. am i taping these things on right? each time i've had a diaper leak, it always happens right around where my thighs meet my butt. any help would be greatly appreciated.

i've had good luck with doubling depends using this method: i take a medium depends and cut a slit down the middle of the outside of the diaper. i cut off everything that wont absorb liquid, and place the modified diaper inside a large depends. i then tape on the large, and voila! its a supper diaper. works really well, especially if you like to flood a diaper.

im pretty shy and quiet most of the time. and as the years go by, i seem to be getting kinkier and kinkier. sometimes i wonder what i'll be into next...

just 2, a depends medium inside of a large. how do y'all wear so many diapers at once? with two, i walked funny when they were dry, and once they were wet, i had quite the waddle. i couldnt imagine wearing more than that.
