wow i apologize for for the typing in my last post. yes we are fragile creatures, and most people dont realize we know far less about these bodies, then we know, our written works of actual information is mostly speculative and observatory compared to the information that is not known on why and how things actually do what they do. we have tons of knowledge compared to just even fifty years ago but we are still infants learning to crawl. we spend billions of dollars on trying to cure illness(hey i'm not complaining here i'm just observing)and disease, but how much is spen t on figuring out how and what makes a healthy organ healthy and free of these diseases( like should 'nt we be looking at the DNA of a Family that has NEVER had say Breast Cancer Side by Side with a Family that has REPEATED Episodes of it and find out the diffrences geneticly and then maybe try and create a DNA level gene splice to Break the Gene mutation for the Family with Breast cancer history, yes its a long term project but arent all DNA projects on going through multiple generations. yes i babble sorry Peace

Dr.s have no Isea how it happened they just know 4 1/2 almost 5 years ago i fell while running and i have "nver gotten back up" so to speak,. and no worries about something positive to say i was a CNA LPN WSI EMT Paramedic/Firefighter i know this stuff is eating me alivem and there is precious little i can do about it other than enjoy what time i have. Yes i am really in a chair just left a RWD invacare Storm arrow and moved to a TDX SR CWD with Full TRE but my DME screwed the HCPCS code on the back it was supposed to be Contoura Visco Foam and i ended up with a lousy Conventional so i have to go back to PT OT and get a new @nd eval Justification letter So that i can get My Back replaced from conventional to Personal Back 10 Plus w/ Visco which is the back that i really wanted but didnt know that it was availabe with visco until a couple days ago(thought Contoura was only visco) so then i will have the ultimate "cripp mobile" the TTGB MPJ+(got my own programmer w/ pro card )w/MK6i Smart actuators and i get a good back on it and it will be awesome! My Urologist gave me a sample pack of Bioderm the New texas cath type thing that only attaches to the head of your penis and has a quick disconnect so you can do your CIC and back on the bioderm rather quickly (whatever the hell quickly is one handed). So for the weekend i rolled around with a bag of urine swingin under my chair and a hose attached to my penis, and i felt naked and out of sorts with everything my pants are all custom made for sitting in a wheelchair all day with a little extra trunk space for my diaper so my pants didnt fit right i hate having a bag of urine hanging around and all the colorful covers they make to " disguise "it in the world still scream he's got a big bag of piss under his chair, and you fear it braking leaking all that stuff, and no diaper feels like i'm half dressed kinda like going "commando" and i hated every minute. i've been in Diapers for 5 years now my bladder nerves took a hit from this Train wreck, is it possable that i am partialy on the darkside and am DL ? or is it just my natural rebellion to wheeling around with a bag of urine for the whole world to see? Remember when you where a small child and your Mom or Your Dad would'nt let you touch the stove because it was HOT , You play with fire you get burned and apparently your a worker. It is a lesson learned the hard way, you had a deeper need or motivation to wear diapers and you followed it, but you went to far you wore and used as if you where a true "incon" so the greater forces of balance in this world shifted and gave you exactly what you thought you wanted, which is exactly what you did'nt want, and now everything is balanced except you feel like you got screwed,because your recreation turned into a an employment contract forever. Well apparently the sexual assault is a major (as it should be)Stressor in your life and that can cause a temporary incontinent problem well you work to mentaly resolve the conflict in your mind. it should not be a great cause for alarm. Your Doctor will run a bunch of tests to make sure that its psychological and not physical based illness and will probably have you seen by a team of Mental Health People for possable medication and psychotherapy to help you, many Anti depresssants work to help incon to. well yes actually you could but in this case other than bonuses that i give , i am paying my staff with somebody elses money ! So i suppose if your well off and your time is your own and you want to hire a personal assistant to care for your needs, they will surely take your money after all money is money and change you all you want , but you also have to remember that these people are proffesionals and you will need to pay social security workers comp and all that jazz , so like me you will need to have a fiscal intermediary who takes responsability for all that and is the one that if anything happens on the Job is the one who retains the lawyer stuff insulating you otherwise you can be destroyed over the littlest thing gone wrong.somebody suggested a hooker i think this gentlemans best bet lies there because as i have outlined above hiring a personal aide isd very involved on the financial legal side and then we havent even touched on the pool of applicants and finding a good fit aide for what you need and expect. peace

I cant help but throw m 1 cent in here(I have so many opinions they have been devalued and are not worth 2 cents anymore) I am at 39 Nursing Home Certified, that means my level of illness meets critera for me to go into a nursing home for the rest of my life, however it is my decision to live in the community and hire Personal Care Aides, drivers, cooks , and occasionaly nurses to take care of me at home and do so at considerable less cost to the State than if they sent me to a nursing home, I hire Fire disipline train and assign job duties to my staff and have an agency take care of my "paperwork" Insurance, benefits ,Paychecks social security ectera and i pay between 10 and 40 dollars per hour basd on duties experience and merit as well every year at christmas they all get .25 cent per hour bonus for every clock hour they work for that pay period (pay periods are 2 weeks ( so my day Aide for example gets 14.05 per hour so add a quarter and its 14.30 X 180 = 2574$ for his christmas check versus a normal period 14.05 X 180=2529 so he gets a bonus just for being an employee from payroll of 45 dollars then i personally give him 500$ , because this guy is invaluable to me. and he will do anything need when my arms are paralyzed he caths me , changes my diaper , feeds me, opens my mail, you get the idea, so you might want to try getting severally ill and disabled and you could have have a staff of people just waiting for you to tell them to change your Diaper. If you want nice onesies that fit well try Kins (babykins) i am very hard to fit, and i sent them my measurements that they ask for on their measurements for custom clothing, they made one in each style that i ordered sent them to me and i washed the hell out of them beat them around and they fit perfectly and my test "subjects" could stand up to everything i gave it. in my case i ordered 50 25 in Lap neck and 25 in regular 5 of every color (also if there is a paticular color that you want it is hard for them in Canada to get fabric, but if you send them Fuscia you will get fuscia Clothes) so they gave me 10 % off of the order plus free shipping so instead of 35 dollars per i paid 30 and got the shipping and customs all taken care of. a very good deal and they are very pleasant to talk to and work with and will move heaven and earth to help there customers. i cant say a bad thing about them!

When i used disposables only and i was making a visit visit back Home My Mother planned everything out including Diapers She was like just take what you need for the train ride i'll get what ever else you need so you dont have to carry so much being i was going to be there 2 months, so i told her where to order my diapers and she acted like it was no problem, of course she had been to my home many times and didnt have a problem with the diaper part i later found out she was an "internet idiot", but the the way i found that out is Amazing. She had A Psychologist renting the upstairs apartment her name was Rhea and Mom was at this time Dying of Cancer so Rhea Worked Part Time As a Therapist and Took Care of the Property For Mom and as mom got sicker took care of mom as well, Rhea was gorgeous, Chestnut brown hair with hazel eyes petite and a wonderfull ample chest, I never mentioned that i was incon she saw me dressing or undressing (not that it mattered to me , its a fact of life , i'm incontinent i cant help ,dont like , have a nice life the planets big enuff for your tiny mind and my medical problem) so any way after several wekks of talkining all day and nite evey moment we had and finding out we have alot in common and slowly becoming attached to one another she picks me up and carries me to her bed and westart kissing and she starts removing her clothes(at which Point i'm like STOP SIGN ROAD CREW) i'm like Rhea i have to tell you something that we havent talked about and she says "the Diapers" i'm like you "know" she like yeah who do you think ordered them, you gave your Mom the URL and she hung up and came to me and said "how do you dial this on the phone"So i love My Mom More than Life Itself But Shes an "internet Idiot" and i got the "girl" she didnt give a hoot about the diapers she loves me for me, Mom had no idea that we had made love love the nite before but interestingly the next morning at breakfast she said "I dont know about you two with the googly eyes but you two have my blessing"Mom has since Died and theres a real big part of me that still hurts like hell But Rhea is still my Girlfriend and still by side. so i guess i can say i qualify as truly Incontinent as my Girlfriend has ordered diapers for me!!! the only "notice" i get from my body that i'm going is what feels like a mule kicking me in the stomache about ten seconds before the pee starts thats why i also have "Functional incontinence" because everone knows that you cant get a wheel chair to a bathroom undo your clothes get on the toilet and pee in ten seconds, and i argued with my doctor that functional incontinenece is not appropriaote because even a marathon runner could not do that, anyway back to the main thoughtwould you still love wearing and wetting a diaper if it meant someone a random times of the day and night was required to hit you in the stomach with a baseball bat , now realize before you answer the time of year the time of day how much of what you have drank what kind of medications your on and what position your in wether your lying sitting standing all thhese are variables so that means someone can tag you with that bat between say 4 to possably 12 times a day, now how does that sound?? oh yeah and randomly after the bat several times a day wether at home work or play after the bat they will pour a 1 liter bottle of some kind of smelly yellow liquid to ensure that your diaper leaks and that you can not change it for 1 hour after " the ceremony" shall we call it, staining your clothes and embarassing you and making you sit in a wet diaper in public.

well i'll tell you before they came out with "velcro " diapers i had to have an Aide with me 24/7 just to change my freakin diaper because i couldnt do it do to a host of neuromuscular problems, I was a Proud man , i was a career FireFighter i was at both attacks on the Towers, this was not supposed to be me. and then the bottom fell out of my world No lights no sirens just the whir of my electric wheelchair , bladder nerves gone cathing three times a day and still peeing in my diaper because my prostate is enlarged and my bladder doesnt signal when its full it just cuts loose. cant lift a pot of coffee, its too heavy a half gallon most days is hard, i used to strap on 100 pounds of gear and run up 4 flights of stairs pausing for 30 seconds before going up 4 more, now i have an Aide to do everything that i used to do with my right arm and hand , they shower me shave me trim my nails cut up my food , and for a bunch of years until velcro they diapered me, did i enjoy one second of being wholly depent on another human being FELL HUCKING NO!!!! the one thing that was nice was you never get weird looks buying diapers in a wheelchair people just kinda think it goes together like rock and roll , so anybody who wants to be incon and "AgePlay" think about me who at 39 doesnt have a choice.
