Well after working in China for seven months and living on cloth diapers I finally picked up a pack of Dr P adult diapers. Well so far they are not bad. They don't sit as high on the waist as most North American adult diapers however they are still high enough. They also have a tough wide plastic strip that goes across the front of the waist where the tapes would attach, I assume it is to stop any tearing of the lighter plastic that cover all diapers. When dry I found they were slightly thicker than Depends. When wet they don't seem like they will hold up quiet as well however I won't wear it that long. So far they are not bad. But we shall see, its only my first Dr P. B.

I'd dump the chump. He has got it all but doesn't recognise there is give and take in all relationships. It doesn't matter if it includes diapers or a boring/mild fetish. You have to respect your partner enough to fulfil their needs. This idiot can't see past his own self-indulgence and his own wants. Where is the respect?

The Carrefoure near my place recently stopped selling Dr.P and other adult diapers. About the same time the local CenturyMart also stopped selling adult diapers. I just hope this isn't a trend across the city...

Although I don't have personal experience, I would expect that after you have become somewhat incontinent it would not be difficult to re-train yourself to get 100% of your potty training back. Statistics state that 85% of incontience is completely curable in adults. If there was a physical issue preventing you from controlling your bladder then curing the problem may be difficult however if there are no physical issues then I can't why you can get it back. As diapercj stated its mental incontinence you are trying to achieve so it would seem (at least) that recovering your abilities is very possible. My two pennies. B.

I agree with the above responder that not potty training your child would be negligent. No child at the age of three or four has the ability to make a wise and reasoned decision. It takes years of growth and maturity before most humans can make such a decision. There is a reason why we don't give children/young adults the chance to make larger decisions such as drinking, voting or driving a car until their late teens. As for when they should be allowed to return to wearing diapers, that is a tougher question since the reasons we may want to wear could stem from different reasons. For most children who want to wear out of desire, I'd probably suggest they wait until they are 16 or 18 years old. My reasoning is: If you allow them to start wearing at an earlier age they maybe imprinted with a need/want to wear at an age which is more suspetable to suggestion. By the time they are an adult th decision to wear permanently or semi-permanently will already be made through conditioning. My two cents...

Please, I am looking for responses from DL's not AB's or other people who are wanting to express their fantasies. I need some honest and frank advice. Please and thanks. I am looking for info on how others have resolved a sucessful DL-non DL relationship. My girlfriend is still uncomfortable around diapers and doesn't know how others deal with a DL-normal person relationship. Looking around here there is not much focused discussion of how a DL (not an AB) has a relationship with a spouse that is not into diapers. So I am trying to find some information. Background: I only wear for enjoyment and rarely pee in a diaper (never do #2). I only wear for comfort and a little for sextual arousal but mainly I just have a desire to wear. Before we started going out a 8 months ago she had never heard of DL's not an interest in wearing. 4 months into the relationship I told her about my desire to wear diapers and she has been very good about it and I have worn a couple of times around her with my clothes on. She is still a little uncomfortable being around with diapers and the sound they make but has said she is okay if I wear they under clothes once and a while. Some of the questions I have... How often do you wear? What are the boundaries do diapers have in your relationship? Do you wear them to bed? Do you make out in a diaper? How does your girlfriend/wife deal with your desire to wear a diaper? How much tension has diapers caused in your relationship? Thanks again.

I am making an observation and I don't think that anyone needs to be incontinent to be able to make such as comment. But lets be realistic. On the front page of the website you have a picture of a woman in a diaper and a pacifier in her mouth. Also the very first sentence states "DailyDiapers is the exclusive community for Adult Babies and Diaper Lovers..." I just think you are fighting a loosing battle, I just don't know how you will keep them out when the main focus of this website deals with the fetish. I do appologise for the freak comment, I was trying to mirror the outcry to describe these posters, it may have been a little harsh. Peace. B.

Well this is my first time posting to the incon forum however to be realistic...can you really expect to keep the festish freaks out of this forum when the website is essentially devoted to diaper fetishes. Maybe Daily Diapers is the wrong place to hold a serious discussion about incontinence issues? I mean really, do you really expect to rid yourself of these "How can I become incontinent" postings? What do you expect these days? On TV you don't see shows that discuss diapers for old folks or for general incontinence. However on the most popular shows such as CIS we see Adult Babies and the darker or a more different side of diaper use by adults. We have a long and uphill battle if we ever want our fetish to be accepted by the main stream as not being weird or perverted.

To all those who claim it is a waste of time, I question what you expected to get out of it. Most psychologist will not claim to cure you of anything, they are not medical physicians. Most will help you come to terms with your issue but to actually solve or remove an issue would be ridiculous. When I went to a therapist I discussed my desire to wear. We talked about it for probably five or six sessions where at the end he helped discover a possible root cause for my desire and how I should come to terms with my want to wear diapers. It was highly constructive and helped me come to terms with who I am and how I should approach wearing diapers in the future. It was highly effective, I now understand a lot more about myself and worth every cent I paid.

Well put CDLover. I told my girlfriend about 4 months into our relationship and she really struggled with the whole diaper issue. I also told her that I told her because I wanted to be complete honest and open with her. This belief went a long way to strengthing our relationship. I never suggested that sharing the secret was arrousing but that she aroused me far greater. I have always stressed that my diapers will have nothing to do with her. She has said I can wear around her, but I have only worn in her presence twice and always with clothes on. She does feel some competition when it comes to the diapers, however she did a lot of research on the web about diaper lovers and understands I have no choice. Frankly she got a little freaked out by investigating this fetish. Most of the information out there is about AB's and most message boards the discussion is about diapers, having someone change them or roleplaying as a baby with someone taking care of them. After a while she did find some good info about DL's and how the spouse/girlfriend should live with someone like me. So far it is going well and she is supportive, but I want to take it VERY slowly with her. Hope my rant helps.

My suggestion is the same thing my therapist told me when I confessed to him that I was a DL. He said, "It was perfectly fine to wear diapers, as long as it does not interfere with your life or with others." You should make the decision whether diapers are interfereing with your ability to interact in society or impact upon others. B.

Now there are real discussions that both S. Korea and Japan may begin their own nuclear wepons program. Experts say Japan could have its own nuclear wepons within 6 months. And that isn't the weak little A-bomb the N. Koreans built. This would be a sophisticated multi-warhead, fusion reaction wepon like the big boys have. A nuclear wepons build-up in North East Asia. How long would it take till that race spreads?

I'm sure this will be moved to another forum, however in the mean time... China and Korea will never stop their food and oil aid and begin a complete embargo. If they did this it would destabilize N. Korea very quickly. The population would begin to move into neighbouring China and Korea which would destabilize S. Korea and cause major issues for China. As for military action this is definitely out. The first time S. Korea and the US try any military action this would be an end to the ceasefire and N. Korea could start tossing chemical weapons. The capital Seoul and approx 50% of the S. Korean population live within artillery range of the boarder. Once war commences you can say goodbye to most of the S. Korean population.

Well I walked through the cars although I did not get to the hard seaters. There are four styles of tickets you can buy, hard seat, soft seat, hard bed and soft bed. I had purchased the soft sleeper (soft bed) ticket, the best ride. The soft seat cars are very nice, however the hard bed cars were crowded and certainly didn't have the same privacy as my soft seater. They had the same style squat bathrooms as my car which are made of metal and extremely easy to clean as it takes a mop and hose about 30 seconds to completely clean. My guess is that those bathrooms are cleaned just as often because its so easy and quick. As for the poor I doubt they could afford to buy disposable diapers. However as I said, I didn't visit the hard seat carriage. B.

To be slightly differnt but still give the same general answer... Most people don't pee their bed accidentally, I did it once but it was after a heavy night of partying, not a normal situation. That said your situation is not a big deal. Doctors do not become interested until there is a pattern of bedwetting/incontinence. So one time is no big deal. There can be tonne of reasons for a single night's bedwetting and none of them serious. So don't sweat it just clean it up. Hope it helps.

Enjoy your diapers however you want to wear them. As for my Avatar, it is rather old and never updated. It is a good photo of a diaper and not really about the person wearing it. Okay I am sorry if I am being rude but...please don't suggest you would lie to your wife. Someday and yes it will come, she will find out you are not incontinent. Maybe she will mention your incontinence to your doctor or some other situation. But lieing to your wife could have major repercussions. Not trying to make a judgement but sometimes its better to tell the whole truth to the one you are closest with. Then again after lieing for so many years telling her now could be just as big a problem... Personally I told my girlfriend after 3 months I like to wear and it has made us closer because she knows I can tell her my inner most secrets.

Well I am happy to say, I was absolutely wrong about Chinese trains. The bathrooms are spotless and from my observation were cleaned every hour. Each car had a western toilet and a squat toilet since Chinese believe the toilet seat is unsanitary (frankly I agree). The article I pointed to must not have had good information as there was no one wearing a diaper, nor were there any in the garbage can located outside the bathroom. As a DL I have a keen eye for anyone wearing a diaper and I seriously doubt anyone was wearing. After 22 hours on a Chinese train during the single busiest day of travel throughout the year, I was really impressed. The Chinese ride in comfort, it was a highly enjoyable experience. However I do recommend getting a soft sleeper as my travel agent suggested. Much nicer than the hard sleepers or seats which are also available. Now if I could only find a good quality Chinese diaper...

Ni hao! I am a DL who recently moved from North America to China for work. The Mid-Autumnn festival is China 2nd most important holiday and as suck it is very busy on the trains across China. I posted a while ago about the rise of diaper sales during the holiday period. Well, now I am going to experience it first hand. I am travelling to Guilin, in Guangxi Province via train. This is a (gulp...) 22 hour train ride. So I will pack a few diapers for the train ride.
