  1. After I read your post, I downloaded the episode and checked it out. They were in acting class and the teacher was teaching them about subtext. Tori and Jade were playing a married couple and Cat was their baby; the subtext was anger, so he wanted them to say happy dialogue in an angry tone. (personally, though, I think he got it backwards; since subtext is supposed to be hidden, wouldn't it have made more sense for them to say angry lines in a happy tone since, on the surface, they appear to be happy, but, underneath, are actually angry? )
  2. I haven't felt that way when writing diaper stories, but I used to write screenplays a long time ago; one screenplay I did, I actually inadvertently wrote a character so real [and frightening] that I was actually getting nightmares from it. So, trust me, you're definitely not the only one who feels that way sometimes.
  3. Glad I could help out! I couldn't help but get a little confused after seeing the new character name...I started thinking, "Maybe there was a chapter I missed." lol
  4. booboo, I think there might be a slight character error in your newest chapter. (either that or I haven't been paying attention all that well...lol) You keep referring to one of the characters as "Jessica"; are you sure you don't mean "Cassidy"? (I only ask because I went through the last two chapters and couldn't find any reference to character named Jessica)
  5. curiositykilledthecat is most likely thinking of River.
  6. Taylor is actually played by Autumn Reeser. Melinda Clarke played Julie Cooper, Marissa's mother.
  7. Anytime somebody mentions "colon clensing", the first thing I think of is the scene from the remake of "The Nutty Professor" The "Nutty Professor" Colon Clensing Scene (1st mentioned at 3:15)
  8. I heard about both of them, though I'd known about Alicia before...as for Christina, I probably heard about that from this site.
  9. First off, great chapter, but there's one major problem...the one thing this chapter's missing is paragraphs; generally, when writing a story with this format, it's customary to start a new paragraph whenever someone new begins to speak. Looking forward to the rest!
  10. It's "Georgia Rule" I know how you feel; I downloaded the movie just for that scene.
  11. I gotta go with Christina Ricci (The Addams Family, Addams Family Values, Casper, Sleepy Hollow, Bless the Child, Monster, Black Snake Moan, Speed Racer). She's tiny and I'm thinking that she could definitely pull off a Pampers. Plus there's a scene from the "Friends" spinoff "Joey" where she guest stars and her character [Joey's sister] stays with him. Joey says that she says that she'll stay on the couch downstairs and the following conversation occours: Joey: Anyway, you’re gonna stay here. The couch pulls out, so- Mary Teresa: Oh, Joey...I can’t sleep on a pull-out couch. (pouting, in baby talk) Isn’t my big bwother gonna let me take his woom? Joey: (not buying it) Come on, you’re not seven anymore. That’s not gonna work. Mary Teresa: (pouting, in baby talk) Pwetty pleeeeeease? Joey: (smiles, gives in) I love it, get up there! (Mary Teresa goes upstairs) That was definitely one of the best moments I've ever seen from that show. I was amazed how just a few short sentences from her could be such a freakin' turn-on. hehe I can't access YouTube videos as easily as I could before, but I found this: Christina Ricci guest-stars on "Friends" spinoff "Joey" This might have the scene in it, but, as I said, I hadn't been able to check it out, so I could be wrong; for your guys' sakes, I hope it does, though!
  12. Hmm, now that is interesting...my girlfriend's full first name is Amanda, but she hates being called by that, so she goes by Mandi (yes, also with the "i" and not the "y" like some would expect). hehe
  13. No problem! I didn't just wanna say that it was "Last night's" episode 'cause then people would have to go into my topic and read the date I posted the message; I figured putting the date of the episode in the subtitle line would be a lot easier [and more helpful] for everyone who wanted to know when the episode aired so they could see it, but didn't want to be spoiled as to what the reference was by reading my post. I hope that makes sense.
  14. Two cops were investigating the whereabouts of a man in connection with a murder and it led them to a fetish club. The woman working the door told the two that he was here, but one of the cops wanted proof, so she showed them a video of the session he had with her, which was him on a leash wearing a diaper barking like a dog as he was calmly soothed by the girl. Since it wasn't posted here yet, I wanted to be the first to do it.
  15. That was last weeks' episode, I believe; I don't remember seeing it, though I wasn't necessarily looking for it, so that might have something to do with it.
  16. Mine was 2.3 years on Jupiter. I wonder, if I went to Jupiter, would I be treated the age I'm supposed to be on that planet, despite me insisting that I am much older on Earth? Hmm...interesting story idea.
  17. I remember a similar situation in the Canadian cop show "Rookie Blue". It's interesting that both shows thought of a similar line.
  18. There were two pants wetting references and a diaper reference on last night's "American Dad!" - Stan and Francine were planning a Halloween party and Francine says "Every year, you get me so scared, I pee my pants" - Francine walks into the house, coming back from a scarier Halloween party and Stan hears a sloshing noise, making Stan ask, "What is that sound?" Francine says, "Nothing." Stan sniffs and says, "That's pee-pee! Did you...did you pee yourself at Buckles'?" [the other Halloween party] Francine responds, "I'm sorry, Stan, but...it's really scary over there!" And the diaper reference was this line by Francine: "Did you see those ghosts? Oh my God! I'm gonna swing by Tarjes on the way to Buckles' and pick up some Huggies!" I was watching the episode earlier and, when I noticed them, I just knew I had to post them here. Hopefully nobody else has yet. lol
  19. I'm really enjoying this story and have since read [and loved] every chapter and, no matter how much time has passed, I've never forgotten about it. I'm glad to see you back and well! We missed you!
  20. Now, I didn't see the episode yet; I was just looking at the quotes from TV.com and noticed this one that caught my eye. Brittany: (to Artie) I just really want to get you in a stroller. Now, if we take this comment from her and combine it with the other one, we can at least formulate somewhat that she's definitely got either AB/TB tendencies or serious Mommy thoughts. Either way, I thought it would be interesting to note here [particularly because it was said by the same character who said the other line I posted].
  21. Thanks! As I said, I wasn't totally sure about that line, but yeah, in hindsight, "pull" makes a lot more sense. LOL
  22. I'm watching last night's episode of "Glee" and noticed something [i'm kinda surprised nobody's posted it. hehe] The scene I'm referring to starts at 6:34 [without commercials] and involved John Stamos and Heather Morris, playing the characters of Carl and Brittany, respectively. (though I guess you probably already figured that out. ) This was the scene: (Brittany is in the dentist's office) Brittany: This room looks like the one on the spaceship where I got probed. Carl: So, Brittany, you, uh...you have the worst teeth I've ever seen. You have cavities in every single tooth. It's got to be some sort of record. Brittany: Please don't paw on my teeth [not sure what she said here; I don't have subtitles]; when I smile, I look like an adult baby, but with boobs. That was the line and I just wanted to let everyone else know about it. hehe
  23. I would love to see an AB/DL episode on NCIS; I'd be very curious to see the team's reactions to this kind of thing. I just hope it would paint us in a better light than the CSI episode did.
  24. I watched the episode tonight and I agree; I'm surprised how many times they said "diaper" in the whole show. I gotta ask...when Lexie was cornered by Christina after she found the diaper, am I the only one who thought it was going to at least give us somewhat of an allusion to a diapering scene with Christina and Lexie? They definitely could've done it tastefully enough for broadcast TV. Man, if only that door locked, then Christina could've helped Lexie. But, now that I think about it...when Christina was babysitting Bailey's son, she couldn't even change his diaper; just think of how hard it would be to do to someone like Lexie. Although Lexie would probably put up less of a fight... Man, now my brain's goin' into overload with scenarios!
  25. I'm actually surprised that they're six seasons into the show and this is the first we're hearing of surgeons wearing diapers dealing with long operations. What I wouldn't give to see Meredith or Izzie wearing one...hehe (well, since we already got Christina, there's few female cast members left. ) At least, as far as I know...I haven't seen it reguarly since Season 2. LOL
