  1. I got my pack yesterday from the local Albertson's and I have to say that I love them! They're cute -and- useful, two things that Goodnites aren't. Now, keeping in mind that I'm only 5'5", only 100 pounds, so they might not fit you larger folks. But I like em a lot! I'll still be using Bambinos for my primary purpose, though.
  2. That is... pretty nifty. I've been asked to participate in the Vegas Pride parade a few times now but I usually just watch. I look forward to seeing you in it.
  3. I wanted to basically say this! It was too often on DPF that a person who so much as -appeared- female would be hounded into simply not going anywhere near the site. (96 was about when I joined). :/
  4. Interesting, and supremely unlucky. They've worked like a dream for me.
  5. The Bambino rep mentioned that they don't make a design unless it can sell in a run of 10K or so. That being stipulated, I think we'll see the small Biancos soon, just like we did the small Classicos, it just happens several months after the original run. No petition is really necessary for something which they'll do on their own and have not stated that they don't intend to do.
  6. They're seriously almost identical. I used Secure before Bambino was released and transitioned to Bambino immediately when they were released. I have never had a problem (hundreds upon hundreds of diapers later), similarly to not having problems with Secure. Simply put, they are both excellent products. Probably the best on the market, in my opinion, that I've tried thus far (and I have used Abena/Molicare/many many many others. They aren't even 1/10 as good as Bambino or Secure, in my opinion, for several reasons).
  7. I didn't get around to posting my experience, but it parallels this. The scent is light, not overwhelming, but definitely present. They are a pleasant buy all-around (though they are very large on me, I normally wear a small), especially for the price (which is more or less the same as the smalls cost, but I'm holding out for the Biancos to come in small).
  8. According to the E-mail, they're also scented, which the original run wasn't... We'll see. My shipment should arrive any minute.
  9. Whoa!! -Crazy- Bambino!? Well it just happens that these came about when I was out of diapers, so I ordered a case of the mediums (though they are large on me), since the small Bianco's aren't out yet. I shall post a review once I've tried one.
  10. Heck yeah! Lately my tastes have deviated towards more industrial stuff but I adore Tool, specifically, as one of the must musical groups out there. If all popular drummers were like theirs then the popular music industry, as a whole, would suck a lot less.
  11. I can't wait 'til they appear in small size.
  12. Agreed. Immoral, mean-spirited, opportunstic, and all around jerk-like, but definitely not illegal.
  13. I was just asking myself that as well... It just doesn't look like it's very thick at all. *shrug* I guess we'll find out in mid-February.
  14. This again. Stop voicing my thoughts before I can get around to it, Witch. It's not nice! >_> I'm a bedwetter, as you may notice by my nifty profile text. I happen to be a heavy wetter. If I wear anything less absorbent than attends, I wake up in a wet bed. If I wear depends, I wake up in a soaked bed. If I wear Bambinos, I don't even notice that I'm wet. The first time I wore one, I had been wearing the diaper for quite some time the morning after before I realized that I'd used the thing! o_O
  15. I'd like to second this. From your statements, it looks as if you've never actually worn a Bambino diaper, babyforyou. I have tried Abena. I used Molicare up until I discovered Secure Plus's products. Bambino trumps them all (the first two in absorbency and the latter in comfort). If you want the paper-like, barely-more absorbent than the average washcloth depends then you're welcome to stick with them but don't make up false stuff about Bambino diapers just because you don't want to pay for them.
  16. Secure Personal Care still has the Secure Plus on its main page. I don't know who "ACD" is or why they're ceasing sales, but why not just buy directly from the company? Is ACD cheaper?
  17. Thanks! Wow... well that is interesting. I can't wait to see what they come out with next!
  18. For what it's worth, there is actually a rather large number of *bdl's in the Bay Area. I'm sure that you'll have no trouble finding them. I think that BitterGrey runs an online group specifically for that region. -Ex bay area. >_>
  19. Where, exactly, is this interview posted?

Well... I'm in Vegas, but us Nevadans should stick together. ^_~
  21. The normal Secure Plus line was out at that time, wasn't it? I'm pretty sure I was wearing them in '05. :3
  22. I think you're my hero now, Morv. That was a totally excellent post!
  23. Technically, if you have DID you probably don't know it. If you do know it, you're probably on medication for it, and if you neither know it nor are taking medication then you don't know that the other personalities are doing it, making the point moot. Naturally, this does not apply to the mass number of people self-diagnosing themselves with DID and any number of other diseases and the people trying (usually poorly) to fake it.
  24. Would you ban the females who come to this site and pose as males just to get rid of all of the jerks who constantly bombard them with PMs (especially in chat) just because they're female, too, then? To elaborate, the problem here is people spamming other people and trying to take advantage of them. Faking is one of the many ways people do that but is a symptom of the crime, if you will, not the crime itself.
