    You've got a similar waist size to me, the best product I have found is the Tena Slip Stretch Super, they're expensive but really good, they absorb loads with a nice fit and they have one huge tape to fasten the nappy with which is surprising good, They are cloth backed.

    First and foremost its very good, I love Molicare and it fits you good. My recommendation is that you should stop touching the diaper and let the wee flow, touching it gives a slight sexual presence and can be off putting especially if on YouTube. Try and get some wetness on the back of the diaper as thats what its like being incontinent, the wetness spreads all over, not a bad attempt but could be better.
