What ive started to do is tear a small hole into my tena maxi or super were steve & the twins would normally reside about 2-3 inch diameter. put steve in first then the twins. making sure that the hole is tight around thesack,tighter the better. fasten up my tapes on my tena! Any urine is is going to find it hard pushed to come out of the diaper as its designed to retain the liquid!........ta da!

i'm trying to shrink my bladder have been doing for a few weeks now, so do you think it will be prone to leakage soon? i'm trying to relax and therefore pass urine every half hr or so, i wake up at night to regular 2hr intervals to relieve myself in my diaper. my thinking is by letting my Bladder fill even to half full is counterproductive!
