Honestly, as a little kid, I'm not that aware of the year, but I guess I'd like it to be the early to mid 80s, which is when I was a kid.

Some of it is economics, and some of it is my little self just not paying attention to how wet I am, especially if I haven't leaked.

Just the single-brief trial size packages were on clearance, not the full packages.

Picked up a bunch of the single / trial packages on clearance at Target over the weekend, and I'm impressed.

Southern California, and I'm kinda heat sensitive / cold tolerant. Overnight lows in the high 40s...even a terry sleeper is a little warm if it's not a really cold-for-here night.

I'm a girl and I like robots so there.

Shortalls and overalls are the best, in my opinion. It's not the best time of year to shop for shortalls, but googling "men's shortalls" should get a few sources, and overalls should be easy to find.

For better or worse, tho only adult-size dolls I know of are intended for...adult...purposes.

Christian, Church of Christ preacher's kid (PK), and, when I indulge in age play, AK (around 3.5, sort of potty trained, but accident prone).

What is your average play age? 3-4, usually, but sometimes older, maybe 12-14 or older. What do your scenarios usually involve? Usually, I want to be a big girl, but for any number of reasons, I just can't keep my big girl clothes dry.

Heh. Unlike some boards; old threads here don't get flagged as such; didn't notice the date. I've seen some links to cute full / queen / etc. bedding going around more recently, and had somehow missed this thread in the past. Ah well.

I had a full size bed as a child because that's what we inherited from my great-grandmother, basically. I never had cute / kid bedding, though.

Sleeping naked is something I only do as a grown-up. If I'm in kid mode, I wear cute jammies, and usually have a pull-up or diaper under, especially if it's a night when I can sleep in the next morning. I haven't sleep-wet in longer than I can remember, but if the only reason to get up is to pee, if I'm wearing, I'll just go, then go back to sleep. Unfortunately, most mornings, I have to get up anyway, for work or other commitments, so I don't waste a pull-up I'm not going to use.

I always poop in the potty, but I don't always pee there...sometimes I have an accident in my big girl clothes, and sometimes I wear a pull-up or a diaper. If I'm dry when i get up in the morning, I can wear big girl underwear if I want to, but if I'm not, I have to wear at least a pull-up. If I stay dry all day, I don't have to wear to bed, but sometimes I wear even if I don't have to.

I'm there with you -- I can use the potty, and sometimes I do, but other times I forget (or just don't want to stop what I'm doing), and "have" to wear a pull-up or sometimes a diaper. I'm young enough that I don't get in too much trouble if I have an accident; only if I lie about needing the potty or say I'm dry when I'm not and then leak 'cause I didn't get a fresh pull-up when I should have. I like the kind of sports bottle with a straw or a top that won't spill and you kind of have to suck on -- it's kind of like a sippy cup that holds more. I like wearing overalls or short-alls -- think of the kid who's having a potty emergency in Kindergarten Cop, only without Arnie to undo her straps... Bigger kids get better toys!

I was working on putting together an emergency kit in case of an earthquake and discovered camping toilets, which are way more potty-chair-like than the medical equipment potties. I haven't bought one yet, and they're usually pretty plain, not decorated but a better starting point that those medical ones, I think.

I don't recall getting spanked after kindergarten, which doesn't really count because it was a private (church) kinder, and my dad was the one doing it. I only went to a private school because the public school didn't have a kindergarten, though; after that, I was in public schools until college. When I was in 4th or 5th grade, a boy on the school bus who was a grade older than me grabbed me by the hair and held me down between the seats and wouldn't let me go unless I'd kiss him. I yelled and yelled and finally annoyed the bus driver enough that she intervened. I told my parents who told the school who had me tell the principal, who spanked the boy. I didn't see it -- I'd already been sent back to my classroom -- but I could hear it while I was going down the hall. This would have been around 1986. It probably wasn't technically legal but that school was in the rural South, and the principal was much-beloved, and they seemed to let some things slide -- in my fourth-grade class, the whole class would recite "God is great, God is good, Let us thank Him for our food. By His hand we all are fed; give us now our daily bread." before lunch every day, and in 5th or 6th grade, the Gideons came into the classroom and offered us all little New Testaments.

I'd say I'm on the line between 3 and 6, though I tend to go more gender-neutral than girlie or boyish. Denim or khaki overalls or shorts, especially with Disney or other cartoon decorations, that sort of thing. I can keep my big-kid clothes dry for a while, but I'll always have an accident eventually, and end up in at least a pull-up, maybe a diaper if I keep it up.

I'm way too shy to have ever played with anyone else, but in my imagination, I play not-quite-four, more or less. Old enough to be mostly potty trained, but young enough to have accidents and not get in too much trouble. I really like wearing overalls or shortalls over a t-shirt or onesie. I might have an accident because I was busy playing and didn't want to stop, or I just wasn't paying attention and waited too long, and couldn't get there and undo my clothes in time. Pull-ups or diapers are not so much a punishment as a consequence of not staying dry. In reality, I like to hold it as long as I can, so I can't help wetting my pants / pull-up. My other fantasy is being a teenage student, and the teacher won't let me go to the bathroom during class, and I end up wetting myself. I'd be wearing a school uniform for this one.
