    I have chosen the number 1. Even though many people say it doesn't work for them, I've already had some success. Whereas I used to only have to go to the toilet once a day and that was done quite quickly, my morning pooh in the diaper takes at least an hour. It's also no longer the only pooh of the day and I no longer hold it in even if I could. I also find the 1st option the most sustainable because you really have to do something for a long time to completely lose control. I'm not there yet and I don't know how long it will take, but I'm working on it;-)

    I'm a 49 year old diaper lover who is hopeless in thought diaper dependent. Mostly 24/7 but not 365 diapered. But that can still change. Not really into AB. Masters and trainers are welcome;-)
