So depends really. If I'm changing myself I usually just go in shower. Il step in, then remove my dirty diaper, wipe off any mess with clean spots of diaper inside, then il have a bag nearby where i put dirty diaper in then I turn on shower and use my removable shower head to clean my butt and private areas. Super easiest way of cleaning yourself espically having removable shower head helps alot. Usually when somebody is changing me.
