Does anybody eles share a special needs helmet fetish? I have always loved wearing unique helmets that make me feel like I'm special, this one I had to buy all the way from America although its made in England but you need a occupational therapist to write you up for one, you can't buy them anywhere.... I love wearing it while wetting my nappies

If he has to wear 24/7 for incontinence, then nothing you can do about it.

I do think there is a difference in getting off on someone's disability and getting off on someone. Like a man may get turned on seeing his girlfriend in diapers and changing her but she is incontinent. But he is turned on by the diaper and changing her, not her medical condition. But the IC person may feel the man is getting off on their medical condition and some IC women may not mind it because it's better than them being disgusted by it. I think just as long as the person likes you for you and like other parts about you and enjoy being with you, it shouldn't be a problem if they get turned on by the thought of aspie in diapers, same goes for other disabilities too. A man may be turned on by women acting childish so he meets a woman and she acts childish and it gets caused by her mental illness or autism or trauma. If someone is turned on by medical equipment and then they met someone who happened to have to use a wheelchair or something, he may be turned on by his girlfriend being in one.

I've talked to a few others who deal with incontinence...their experiences have been totally without the added protection of plastics or rubbers.

... and wouldn't it be great if someone was actually listening, too? Maybe someone has thoughts about how this could be communicated, and to where / who. I wonder if there'd be enough demand if a manufacturer would start producing these things. Of course we know how they stopped producing: because of the widely communicated notion that plastic pants were a thing of the past and all-in-one-disposables were the future. It'll be hard to do anything against that enormous economic tendency. Maybe it would pay to look at what's available in other countries, too.

Short tank top, diaper & plastic pants. I never wear anything over the plastic pants: it feels stuffy. When it's really cold, socks plus my old ballet leg warmers; they're long enough to cover the whole leg.

Believe it or not, words escape me all the time in RL I do much better here at the keyboard for some reason Sometimes in life (more often than not actually) it's better for you to say something like "Gee, thanks, I really appreciate this but I don't think this is for me" then move on. Their feelings are saved so you might still have a friend (or not-- but by then it doesn't matter) and you just threw the stress it's causing you away. And you are going onto other and hopefully better people so you feel better. It may not be what you really feel but it's a very effective technique that causes no real pain for anyone, including you, and that's important
