I'm in Canada. Also Hitachi is a Japanese company so I think it's available a lot more places than just the US. Anyways if you search Hitachi Magic Wand Norway there's at least one site that sells it there.

And then there's the question of whether or not their "Grabbing Tool" will be strong enough to grab it AND hold on to it during removal...  I had an incident like this about 20 years ago.. I made a two part stent gizmo out of silicon tubes, one tube glued part way into another one, with a fishline retrieval cord.  One day, while pulling it out, one tube came unglued from the other tube, and went all the way into my bladder, no way to get it out.  I freaked out, and started calling doctors. I ended up at a urologist the next day. He had to stick a scope up there, that had a "grabber" built into it. ( Think of the long cable-like tool with the prongs that extend... What you use to grab stuff behind the stove or fridge. Only WAY smaller. )  He managed to grab one end of it and remove it, took about 5 minutes. BUT he DID say if it had been much bigger or more ridged, that his "grabber tool" probably would not have had enough gripping strength to pull it out without it coming loose. Needless to say, I never tried that again.
