What babylock said is true. I have several chastity belts including two custom full belts (the kind that go around the waist and lock my cock up). The issue isn't can you wear a chastity belt and diapers, you can! The issue is hygiene. Even without wearing diapers I need to pay a lot of attention to cleanliness and even with a lot of attention to detail I really need to have my belt unlocked once a week for a good thorough clean and a shave. Have I worn diapers while locked? Sure have, but that will require more frequent unlockings for cleaning. If you're in a situation where you can be unlocked easily and often I'd say go for it. If you're like me and can't then you may have an issue.

Yup, very much agree. Chastity and diapers are a great combo. I've spent a lot of time in both and actually have two full custom belts, one from My-Steel and one from Carrara and have gone well over a month locked before. It's a great experience.

I prefer a pullup for the gym, I like the depend real-fit. Granted they are not what I'd wear the rest of the time; abena m4 are my usual daily wear, but they're good enough for an hour or so and they won't cause chafing.

I have several, it's fun. Of course there's the times diapering each other, hanging out in just diapers. Then of course there's real world stuff, eating out, movies, etc. where we either are or aren't wearing. I'd say some of my diaper friends are some of my closest friends.

I think other gay people might be a bit more accepting of it. None of the guys I've ever told about it had a negative reaction, however I can't say I've ever told any girl in my past. I think among the gay community there is a bit more acceptance of kinks, but that's just my opinion. It might also be related to the fact that as unfortunate as it is, just about every homosexual that I've met, at least at some point in their life experienced a bit of negativity toward their lifestyle from others, however little it is, none of us want to experience other's being negative about something that is ingrained within, so maybe that has something to do with it.
