annee Posted July 29, 2012 Posted July 29, 2012 Me and my boyfriend are going away for a week. We rented a cabin in the mountains that will give us lots of privacy. I am enjoying playing mommie way more than I ever would have imagined. I stopped thinking about why and am just enjoying the whole experience. He is also starting to relax and trust that this is OK . I want to surprise him when we get there by keeping him diapered the whole time we are there. I only have 14 flat fold cloth diapers and 6 pairs of plastic pants. We are going to leave Tuesday so I am going to have to buy his diapers at the a store plus I do not feel like washing diapers while we are away from home. I have been buying Depends but I am not very happy with them. So what other brands are better that I can pick up before we leave? If anyone knows I would be real thankful.
Yuna Posted July 29, 2012 Posted July 29, 2012 Look in the phone book and call some medical supply companies, like the kind that also either advertise free delivery or incontinence products. Ask them if they have molicare super or TENA super diapers. Both are pretty common for these kinds of shops. You'll pay a little bit more than online, but you should be able to pick some up monday.
beallucanb Posted July 29, 2012 Posted July 29, 2012 Not many diapers that are availabe in drug stores or big stores are worth buying, they are all about the same. The only way they work halfway decent is to buy a package of male guards and use them as a stuffer, all guards have a plastic backing and need to be cut so they drain thru. If the diapers you usually use just fit, you may have to move up in size to use the stuffer. One stuffer placed near the middle I find works better, than multiples, adding more dosen't seem to work as well, but they do look cool.
lilJester Posted July 29, 2012 Posted July 29, 2012 honestly, the only good diapers are the ones online. otherwise you jsut get store brands depends and MAYBE attends. otherwise i would say go online and get some molicares, or abena, wellness, tranquility
Diapers446 Posted July 29, 2012 Posted July 29, 2012 I do not know for sure but i have used bath towels as a diaper when i was on the road so you may look to that for a quicl fix and plastic pants are easy to wash good luck and let us know what happens huggies to you all
annee Posted July 29, 2012 Author Posted July 29, 2012 I want to thank you all for your ideas I will make some calls Monday. I think he is ready to kept diapered for week I am even going to see if he can feel OK about doing number 2 as well. He told me he did not like the idea of doing that but I feel fine about it. I want him to not even sit on the toilet for the next week. Retraining him is a bit of a turn on for me.
Repaid1 Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 ohhh so neat. If you like him to be wet and everything then I suggest you get some really good ones. I recommend Molicares, or wellness briefs or if he is going to be your baby maybe the big splurge for some Bambinos. He could go most of the day in the new Bellisimos, one very wet and happy baby to be sure. Also you might be able to find some Tranquility ATN's (All Though the Nights) locally and they are a above average diaper. You might think about putting him in a size larger than normal to give that baby poofie look and put P-Pants over those to make it look more babyish! To bad he doesn't have a onsie to complete the look as he toddles around for the day. Might want to get some blocks and coloring books and stuff so he can play on the floor while mommie has her some mommy times! Perhaps you guys could compromise? Treat him like a little baby and not be mad at the fact that he has to use his diapers, but that if he does ask to use the potty from his mommy you untape or unpin him and send him to the potty like a toddler. then have him come right back to you and rediaper him from there.
