Going to try asking the person on youtube, but if they don't know, anyone know on here?
Looks like high quality popper plastic pants with a cloth diaper all-in-one.
I don't normally like cloth diapers, but they would look super kool over a disposable diaper to make them bigger and so you could waddle more.
The black one and the one with strawberry prints on it, are both nice.

I have never used an "all in one" that worked for me. My parents tried a Sears AIO when I was young and I have tried a few since then.

I love/hate pics like this 
They look awesome, but I don't look anything near as svelte and pretty as that 
On me they wouldn't look nearly as nice- too bad they aren't selling the body shape along with the diaper

Try EBay, under adult diaper pants. I've seen them there, in several different colors.
Some times when the need arrives, I like the fact that I don't have to go looking for the john.
