Issues with ordering from Trest

I ordered 2 bags of the small purple Trest diapers directly from their website almost a month ago (10/9) and have yet to receive them.  I saw in an email that the order was created along with a shipping label.  I even tried emailing them about a week ago and have not heard from them.

Has anybody else had issues when ordering directly from Trest?

I didn't even know that was an option. I've only ordered them through Amazon.

I will do that next time. They finally emailed me back last week and said they would follow up with the warehouse but that is the last I heard from them.

That's rather poor customer service!   And I was thinking of placing an order soon to use some some of my remaining FSA money.  You get a better price than Amazon when ordering 4 or more packs.  And for some reason, the Amazon site shows the blue at 44.99, not 31.99 like everything else.   Dunno why they stopped offering the multi-pack discount on Amazon either.

Yeah, I still have not heard back from them. I'm going to email them to either ship my order now or refund my money.

I have the same experience, that was about a year ago and still no package and no reply on emails, used mastercard "creditcard" so e got my money back from the bank

Bumping this because I wanna find out if any issues have been resolved, I kind of wanna buy them, but after seeing this kind of hesitant.
