Teacher Gets Mistook for a New Student

"Then stop treating me like one. I am an adult. Not a child. It is bad enough I have to ride in a booster seat like a child to be able to see out. You treating me like a child and carrying me is a bridge too far." She pouts when Lily put her in the booster seat and locks the belt. Lily removes the magnetic key from the buckle. Locking Madison into the booster seat until Lily unlocks it and lets her out.

"Be thankful I didn't get you a carseat. And I wouldn't have had to carry you if you had just gotten in your carseat" Lily told Madison as she got in the driver's seat. She then looked in the rearview mirror at her roommate stuck in a Barbie booster seat unable to sit up front despite her age. While she hadn't exactly said they were going shopping for diapers it was likely pretty obvious as the car backed out of the driveway before they got on the highway. Lily seemed to know where she wanted to go as soon enough they were in the parking lot of a baby store and finally went to release Madison from the booster seat.

Madison pouted for a little bit, but with the warm sun shining on her and the rhythm of the road. She found herself getting sleepy and laid her head on the side of the booster seat. Madison was asleep in a couple of moments and didn't see they had stopped at a baby store or she would have throw a massive tantrum.

Lily was a little surprised to find Madison was asleep again but let her sleep for a moment. She took a store car and pushed it over to the passenger door before getting her short friend out of the booster seat. Trying her best not to wake her she put her in the seat of the cart which was bigger and more relaxed for older kids. Madison had claimed she had accidents so Lily was going to buy her some proper ones that wouldn't leak as easily and make sure she wore them to bed.

Madison felt herself being moved, but thought it was Rosie doing it.  She mumbled something in her sleep, but didn't wake up. The PA system in the store woke Madison up, but she was very disorientated and confused where they were at. The store was brightly colored and the lights were bright. "Where are we? This doesn't look like where we normally shop."

Lily decided not to tell Madison everything just yet instead told her "It's a new store. Just hold on while I find out where we need to go" She hoped from her seat in the cart her little friend couldn't see all the baby stuff along with all the babies, families, or expecting mothers around the store. The last thing she wanted to deal with was a fit over the diapers they clearly needed to but her. Lily quickly saw the signs for the diaper aisle and began heading towards it.

Madison looked around, but in her sleepy state. None of what she was seeing was registering with her. She yawned and felt something going into her mouth. Madison looked and saw a store employee. "Looked like you need something to suck on." She looked down and saw a pink Barbie pacifier in her mouth. The employee turned her attention to Lilly. "Is there something I can help you find? You seem to look a bit lost and unsure of yourself."

Lily nodded and whispered to the employee "Yes I could use some advice. Little Madison here is still wetting the bed and we need to get her some better diapers. Can you help us find some ?" She had caught onto the fact that the woman believed her friend was a toddler or big kid but didn't correct her. Of course she had made sure to buckle her in the seat so even if she threw a fit she was stuck in the seat until the shopping trip was over. Lily waited for the employee to lead the way and recommend some diapers for Madison.

The employee nods. "Well for starters. You are in the wrong section. This is the baby and toddler diaper aisle. What you want is on the next aisle. The bedwetting diapers." She leads Lily and Madison over to the next aisle. Lily can see packs on the upper shelf and boxes on the lower shelf. "Some parents prefer pull on diapers like Underjams and Goodnites. So the child can change themselves like big kids." Pointing on them on the shelf. "Other parents prefer a more hands on approach and want tape on diapers and change them like the babies they are acting like." The employee picks up a pack of the tape on diapers called Over the Moon. "These are brand of Bedwetting diapers. They are called Over the Moon. They are thick, crinkly and best of all they are tape on. We are running a sale right now. Buy a box and get a container of our powder and wipes free." She puts the pack back on the shelf. "And since bedwetting can lead to daytime accidents. We have these." The employee picks up a pack of diapers off the shelf behind Lily. "These are Under the Sun. They are our daytime diaper. They are not as thick as our nighttime diapers, but just as crinkly. Something else to consider is we offer home delivery of all our diapers. You can sign up for weekly, bi monthly or monthly delivery. That way you don't have to worry about running out or having to make a trip to the store to get more diapers." She puts the pack back on the shelf. "Any questions?"

Lily listened carefully to what the employee was telling her before asking "Ok. Are they the most absorbent ones you have ? And can you recommend a good booster pad ?" She wasn't sure if her friend could hear them but she wasn't going to get much say in what diapers they got. After all she had clearly just gone with a cheap brand that barely held up through the night. Lily was definitely considering the daytime diapers for Madison and if she wet herself at the store she would be buying a pack.

The employee sensing a bigger commission for her decides to upsell some more. "Yes these are the most absorbent diapers we have. They are thicker and crinklier than any other bedwetting diaper on the market. There isn't much of a need for a booster pad, but if you think you need them. I would suggest Piddle Pads. They will give you 50 to 60% more absorbency. The Over the Moon diapers will hold up to a liter of liquid before leaking. With a pad added. That would go up to almost 2 liters So unless she is a really heavy wetter. A booster pad would probably not be needed. Madison wasn't paying attention to Lily and the employee. She was people watching to keep from getting bored and making up stories about them in her head.

Lily nodded and looked to see how many diapers were in a nighttime pack, then a daytime pack, and finally how may booster pads were in the brand being recommended. She then told the employee "Ok thank you. We're going to get two packs of the Over The Moon diapers and two packs of Piddle Pads. Now what can you recommend in terms of changing pads ?" So long as the employee played her cards right she would be able to make a big sale. Lily looked down at Madison and her panties to make sure she hadn't wet herself again.

The employee pulled out her tablet and marks down two pack of Over the Moon diapers and two packs of Piddle Pads. "Would you like to sign up for auto delivery? You will receive a discount. Weekly is 10%, Bi Monthly is 15% and Monthly is 25%." She thinks for a moment. "Do you have a changing table already, are you going to do it on the bed or in a crib or on the floor? Depending on where you are going to be doing it will greatly effect what kind of pad you will need,"

Lily thought for a moment about getting the auto delivery but decided against it for now. She hadn't even considered a crib or changing table though if the accidents continued or her little friend fussed over wearing them she would be getting one. After seeing the panties were still dry she turned her attention back to the employee. "We don't have a crib or changing table yet and I don't know if they will be necessary. Some changing pads or a changing mat with a strap would be a good idea though I think. It will probably be mostly on the floor or a bed" Lily answered all of the employee's questions.

The employee nods. "Ok some parents still use changing tables with their older kids in diapers and switch them back to a crib. I would suggest one for the bed. It will be easier on your back and knees than kneeling on the floor." She shows Lily a concave changing pad. "This will make it easier to change her, Since once she is laid down in it. It will be harder for her to get out if she doesn't want her diaper changed." The employee shows Lily the covers to the side. "These are waterproof covers. They range anywhere to plain solid colors to childish prints. You slide the pad inside the cover like this and then zip it shut. It will look like it will not fit, but once you put weight on it. It will push the air out and become form fitting like a glove."

"Ok. I'll take two changing pads and six waterproof covers with princess designs. Do you have any waterproof sheets for a bed ?" Lily asked the employee as she wasn't taking any chances. As she saw it her friend had been having the bedwetting issue for a while and it had been getting worse. Her roommate's little lie was going to result in even more humiliation even if she never went back to the school. Once the employee recommended some sheets for the bed they would look at medicine for Madison to help get her to sleep with less of a fuss.

The employee added the changing pads and covers to the list. "Yes we have bedsheets. What size bed does she have, single, twin, full, crib?" She leads them over to the bedding department. "Look around. I'll be back in a moment." The employee walks off to speak to her manager. Once the employee explained why she was taking so long with the sale. The manager nodded and said he would assign another associate to help out other customers. The employee walked back over. "I'm back."

"Just a single size bed" Lily told the employee just before she went off for a second. She began looking at the bedsheets trying to find some that were waterproof and would keep her friend's bed safe from any accident. The fact that so far her little roommate wasn't whining about anything was definitely a good sign. Lily was almost done then she and Madison could go home as she had wandered over to the crib bedsheets by the time the employee had returned.

The employee nods. Alright. They are on the bottom shelf. When she came back. She noticed Lily looking at crib sheets. "Those are for a crib. They wouldn't fit a single bed."

Madison had long since got bored and started to push the color rings back and forth on the bar in front of her seat. "Are you about done. I'm getting tired of setting here."

The employee smiles. "Sounds like someone is getting cranky. Is it past her bedtime?"

Lily had expected that but was looking at the different designs thinking some were pretty cute. She pointed to some bedsheets with Minnie Mouse designs and told the employee "We'll take two of those as well. And yes it is but it was important to get this stuff tonight" The employee still thought her friend was young enough that she might have a crib or changing table and she was happy to not correct her. Lily then turned her attention to Madison and told her "We're almost done I promise. If you're good we can stop at your favorite fast food place on the way home" as she checked her panties one more time to make sure she wasn't wet.

The employee looks at the clock on her tablet. "Deliveries are closed for the night. If you have a big enough car. You can take it with you." She added the sheets to the list. "Anything else you need?"

Madison pouts. My butt is getting sore."

The employee smiles and looks at Lily. "If you want to go ahead and get her diapered for bed. There is a diaper room inside the mother's nursing room in the back of the store that has the bedwetting diaper you are going to buy. Then her bottom will not be sore while you finish up shopping."

"We need some medicine to help her fall asleep and stay asleep but I'll trust your judgement on that. And that is all for the night. I think we will hit the mother's nursing room before we leave though" Lily told the employee hoping they could get everything in the car without Madison seeing. Despite her friend still being dry she wasn't sure if she would be able to stay awake the whole ride home. She began to push the cart towards the mother's nursing room missing the signs hanging up above. Madison however would be able to see the signs of a mother breastfeeding as well as one of a baby getting a diaper change giving her a good clue where they were going.

The employee nods and takes them over to where the formula is at. She picks up a bottle on the shelf. "This is Dreamland. It is our best seller with daycares and kindergarten classes. Put a couple of drops in her bottle of formula and shake it up really well. It is tasteless. So she will not notice it in her bottle. After a couple of moments. She will get sleepy and will stay asleep all night. It is all natural and developed in a children's hospital on the pediatric floor. So it is safe and not habit forming. Don't use more than 3 drops in an 8 oz bottle." Madison was paying close attention to where they were going and the signs. She just wanted to go home and watch some TV before bed. Madison whined a bit. "Why are you taking me to the diapering room? I'm not wearing a diaper. It was a one time thing. I want to go home and watch TV. We have been here long enough and I'm tired of this farce. End it now and let's go home. If not. You will not like what is going to come."

"We'll go home in just a few minutes but I don't want to risk you falling asleep in my car and having an accident. You did say you have been having trouble with accidents so we are going to try some better diapers and see how they work out" Lily told Madison as she reminded her of her lie back at the house. Now her friend thought she was a bedwetter and had already went through the trouble of picking out supplies to deal with it. She pushed the cart into the diaper room parking it right next to a large changing table that would likely support her friend's body. "Now are you going to be good and let me get you diapered for bed or fight me and not get any fast food tonight ?" Lily asked Madison as she unbuckled her knowing fast food from her favorite place was a very rare treat usually reserved for after a long trip in the car stuck in her booster seat.

Madison whines. "I want to go home now. I am not going to fall asleep in the car and have an accident." She knew she was caught in a lie and how it was coming back to bite her in the rear. "The accident on the couch was a one time thing. I should not have drank a carton of chocolate milk on my way home and then lay down to take a nap. I know better than that. I have never leaked like that before." Which was true. Since she didn't wear diapers or have a bedwetting problem." Madison weighed her options. Let Lily diaper her and be embarrassed, but get fast food or not let Lily diaper her, get to home home sooner, but not get fast food. As much as she loves fast food and it being a rare treat. The idea of getting home sooner sounded better to her. "I'll forgo fast food if it gets us home sooner."
