Learning to pee when coughing.

To help with achieving stress incontinence, I don't want to automatically clench when coughing. I'm very good at remaining unclenched and wetting at the slightest urge in any position. Do you think if you can manage to not clench and actually wet when coughing will this help with incontience training?

I always wet my nappy when coughing or sneezing
