Suggestion - "jump To My Last Post"

I can often track my place in long discussions by my last lost. It'd be nice to have a "Jump to my last post" up by the page number links, just taking me to whatever page has my most recent post in that thread. Is that doable?

Hey DW, ya can kinda cheat on that by clicking your profile, it will show you your last post. Know it's not the same thing as you would like, just thought I would mention it.
