How do i block a thread from giving me notifications

  There is a certain thread that i keep getting notifications on, that i no longer wish to receive such notifications. How do i do that? I'm on the verge of requesting account deletion due to issues here that i have no emotional bandwidth to deal with

Under account settings,  you have notification settings and also ignore users if you want to use that.
