## Usage

The list divides up the words into a series of categories.  Choose which category is appropriate to each ABy and situation, and then mix and match to your heart’s content.  

Words with a dash at the end (e.g. “My-“, “Lil-“, “Silly-”) are adjectival and should likely have another word behind them.  

Words with a dash at the beginning usually go at the end of words and frequently join them, especially the diminutives.  For example “-kin’s” would naturally fit behind “Teddy” to make “Teddykins”.

The “Sir-*thing*-a-lot” construction is a special case.  You choose a word to fit in the middle, you may need to verb it to make sense.  For example “Sir-Crinkles-A-lot”, “Sir-Wets-A-lot”, or “Sir-Cucky-Bunny-Messes-A-Lot.”

To make up a pet name, consider the subject and your relationship to them, how you met, and any infantile or embarrassing qualities.   For instance a tender femdom with a fem cat-boi who constantly has accidents may choose “Dommy’s Little Piddle Kitty”.  Meanwhile, a  leather daddy who just met a new diaper boy he wants to impress may choose “Little Crinkle Prince”.

There is no limit to the number of words one may choose in a pet name, and this list is by no means exhaustive. Consider adding your littles name, or even a diminutive version of it.  Colors can be a great addition, especially for sissies.

For frequent use pet names one will want to keep them short like “Lil turtle” or even “Little Turtle Squirt”.   An option may be to take a longer name like “Little Turtle Squirt” and shorten it like “Lil Turt-Squirt”.  

Alternatively you can start to stack up pet names into a humiliating mass, like “Dommy Mommy’s Sweet Little Special Marshmallow Sprinkle Tinkle Turtle Squirty-Wirty Dumper”.  While it is a mouthful, if pitched in the right babytalk voice this can be quite humiliating for the ABy, and has been used to great effect at the Institute. 

### The Art of Pet Naming

One can apply the art and craft of rhetoric to improve pet names.  Many tool are perfectly suited to crafting pet names such as:

- Alliteration - Rhyming the beginning of the words:  e.g. ”Tinkle Turtle”.
- Assonance - Rhyming the stressed Vowels. “Baby Cake”
- Consonance - Consonant rhyming “Snoogle Snuggle”
- Onomatopoeia - Poot, Toot, Splish, Splash and friends.
- Rhyming and Near Rhymes - True rhymes like “Goofy Poofy” and near rhymes like “Special Marshmallow”
- Rhyming Reduplication - any of the words on the list can be Re duplicated for greater implant, especially with the letter ‘W’.  E.g. “Sprinkle Winkle”. 
- Climax - Stringing together words in greater and greater strength “Missy Sissy Princess”
- Contrast or Irony - using a word opposite meaning to enhance it’s power.  For example “Little Miss McWettums”.  “Mister Sassy Pants”.

These Aae but a few examples.  A full explanation of the rhetoric art of pet naming would fill an entirely new paper. 

Using the ABys name as part of the petnaming process is a very effective option, and furthers the possibilities of finding a unique name.  When combined with the diminutive of their name this only enhances the process.  For example the diminutive form of my name (Gail) becomes Abby (from Abigail).  This can for instance then be further combined to form ”Babby-Abby-Babble-Bunny”. 

### Combinatorics

With over 200 items on the list, that means there are more than 19,900 different 2-word Pet-name combinations.  If you choose a 4-word pet-name then that increases to over 6 million.  

Meanwhile “Dommy Mommy’s Sweet Little Special Marshmallow Sprinkle Tinkle Turtle Squirty-Wirty Dumper” is one of a whopping 3.877900744 E+17 possibilities, a number so large the only way one can put it into perspective is by measuring the length of a supergiant star in inches.
