use of anal plugs to loosen the sphincter.

Hello everyone, I would like to know the experience of people who specifically used anal plugs to weaken the anal sphincter.

Mines a bit looser, but I still have full control. I use them for other reasons. I don't see the use of these as any way to induce incontinence. Can simply just "let it go", its easy, just don't stop it.

I have anal trained with larger and larger plugs for many years hoping to induce incontinence, but because I haven't damaged myself yet I still have full (albeit, reduced) control. When I urgently have to go, it's very hard to keep it in. I can take plugs larger than a soda can now.

I have used several size plugs and dildos trying to cause loss of bowel control but i have only reduced the ability to hold loose bowels.

It’s not as easy as It sounds to achieve a constant lose hole. I have been using large plugs from I was about 13yo and I’m now up to fisting and double fisting. Still has a tight hole when not being plugged. After a heavy session I tend to be more loose for maybe one day, but after that it gets back to normal. Unless you sustain an injury to you sphincter I don’t think your able to be loose all the time
