Diapers scene in Blue bloods First Season

There was an Episode of Blue Bloods where when the detectives where investigating a murder.  They had to go to a Domatrix play pen and before that scene ended she played a video of the person. Who they were trying to find the killer to.  Well while she was treating him like a Dog he was almost naked except he was wearing just a diaper and a collar.

@Cruiser 03 The scene that shows the diaper is way before he was murdered.  so he was not wearing the diaper at the time of death..
