Me: 38" waist.

This is Large size, up front lots of room, but padding almost high and not quite wide enough.  I can point forward, which maybe an leaking issue as it's pretty loose.  Incredibly soft, tight (but not overly tight), pretty thin, very wide in crotch (must fold before putting on) and not contoured.  High / wide legs.  I lasted from 0630 after my morning BM to about 11: three wettings: two cups of 14 oz joe and one water 14 oz.

The wide crotch really helps with absorption, other wise might only last one wetting.  Wide crotch maybe chaffing issue (hence the folding required before putting on).  Rear is pretty loose, so I imagine it may be slightly noticeable (thinness may help).

Kind of pricey though.
