Yes, their tracking is pretty much useless until the item reaches the US and you can check it with the USPS or local carrier.

I tried that they sent it witha tracker from a chineese logistics only ? It is quite strange because they say it passed customs and says only if I haven't recieved it in 65 days to open a dispute ?

Note that USPS tracking is often useless too. I ordered a book a few weeks ago. The USPS tracking has so far tracked the package to May 6 Carrier picked up the package.

 

I had another package sent via DHL, which then drops the package at USPS. This one the DHL tracking showed it delivered to a Post Office, and the USPS tracking showed it as awaiting arrival. I started a tracking claim via USPS, and asked the seller to start a DHL tracking check. Oddly enough within 36 hours USPS found my package and had it at my local Post Office. Obviously that was just a coincidence with my starting the tracking.
