YourFNF Posted March 15, 2022 Share Posted March 15, 2022 So I've been having a hard time feeling connected to my Middle side lately (Range ~10-16) probably because of a lot of life stress centered around finances. (For context ADHD/Autism, CPTSD and possibly BPD. Working on with my current therapist). Does anyone have any tips, tricks or recommendations for situations when your feeling the need headspace wise but can't connect? Link to comment
