Weighted blanket

I got a weighted blanket for my birthday yesterday and it's so awesome. I used it last night and it felt like I was being held!

I love my weighted blanket, I have trouble sleeping soundly thru the night without it.  They are highly recommended for those that are on the autism spectrum and the weight of the blanket is based off your body weight.  There is a simple formula to figure out how much your blanket needs to weigh.   Being under my blanket is my safe space where I can calm down if I am stressed or overwhelmed.   AD
