Shipping Issues

The last 2 shipments of the XP5000 I've gotten from LLMedico have been pretty beat up during shipping, but this last one.. Instead of retaping it they just put a strap around it?‍♂️

I have them shipped to a local dollar general fedex onsite so I don't have to worry about them being stolen off our porch, when I saw the one I picked up today I was like wow.. The person that handed it to me was like thats kinda odd how it was closed up that way

I know LLMedico wouldn't let it ship this way so it was probably on the lines of FedEx

The other three pictures showed they at least tried taping it back up in spots

Looks like someone opened it.  That's not a packer or FedEx driver throwing it around.

I would bet the box got tangled up in the conveyor system,  then was crushed a the other boxes started hitting it.
