is there a lawyer in the church?

those who might have read my venting in the rest of your life forum will know what has been going on, and that we need to sue the hospital for what they did and failed to do(denial of care among other things), the problem is my mom has reservations about suing because she is a christian, all i need is some scripture to give her about it that shows that its ok to sue, can someone help me out?

I think that in terms of scripture this may be a question of the spirit of the law.  Modern hospitals were not around when the bible was written but the concept of holding someone accountable for something they have done wrong and are not intending to correct is still valid.
