And I bit...... we decided both of us men of our words, we needed boundaries and well, something to make it official, so here is the final draft of our contract.

Starting 2nd December, I am locking up for minimum of 365 days, thankfully releases over the time, but also punishments for breaking the rules. As during my 90 days, every release for cleaning or what ever, I broke the rules, thankfully we had no contract, and no punishments set.

The Contract -

This contract is made between the following parties(our fetlife names) -

KEYHOLDER: zddtb9

Contract does not start or apply unless signed by both parties below.

Definitions

CHASTITY DEVICE: Chosen device has been made by the USER, it is a custom fit, designed for continuous wear to prevent masturbation and erections, also stopping User from playing with their cock. This is the normal day to day device for the USER. During lockup it may be necessary to change to another device temporarily, the USER is to lock back up in the chosen device as soon as possible, or incur a punishment. The device may also require regular adjustment, for these times the User should wear a suitable device until the chosen device is ready again.

USER: The individual who will wear the device. By definition, the USER has surrendered control of their sexual organs and services to the KEYHOLDER. As such, they can no longer have an erection without permission, nor can they masturbate or orgasm, unless authorised and released from the chastity device. Unauthorised orgasms will result in a penalty.

KEYHOLDER: The individual who will hold the key and the control for the device. By definition, the KEYHOLDER is the individual entrusted to have absolute say in the use of the users sexual organs and services.

Term

User will wear the chastity device for a period of 365 days minimum, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless released through terms of this contract, starting officially Wednesday 2nd December 2020, when Keyholder arrives home from work, User should already be locked in chosen chastity device, ready to start this lock up period. Punishment for not being ready in time is the same as “Failure to put chastity device back on after a release”.

Hygiene

• User is responsible for regular cleaning of device.
• User will notify the Keyholder immediately of any concerns regarding function or cleanliness of device.
• Keyholder will permit at least one removal of device in a seven-day period for cleaning and shaving as required.
• User agrees that such release may be supervised or restrained if necessary. User also agrees that unless the Keyholder specifies, the User shall not try for orgasm, if they do without permission, the punishment is below.
• User agrees that he will immediately re-secure device after all cleanings.
• Both parties acknowledge that a release from device may be permitted for medical or extreme discomfort issues. However during such release no orgasms are permitted and user agrees once medical condition is rectified immediate return of the device will commence without delay.

Keys

• Keyholder will retain all keys to said chastity device.
• User will not attempt to break free from or defeat the purpose of the device in any way.

Sexual Release / Orgasm

• Keyholder agrees that User will be entitled to at least 12 releases during this initial period of lock up. User will spend no less than 12 hours but no more than 30 hours out of the device. During the contract unless under punishment period, once per month the Keyholder will select a random day between 1 and the number of days that month, that will be the day of release that month for the User, the times of release for the period and length of release period will be set by Keyholder based on User’s level of dedication, if under punishment, punishment rules apply.
• Keyholder is given sole discretion of how releases will be carried out. Keyholder agrees that at least 9 uncaged periods will include an orgasm for User.
• Keyholder agrees that the User is entitled to one “Pink Elephant” per month under the length of the contract, regardless of punishment. This is know as the “Pink Elephant” allowance. If the User does not use the “Pink Elephant” allowance within that month, it will roll over, the User can save them and use in a batch if they wish, allowing them days of release for the number they wish to use. If the User says they wish to use “Pink Elephant”, they must specify the period and they must have enough “Pink Elephant” allowances to cover the release, 1 “Pink Elephant” allowance allows 24 hours of release from chastity, they are to be released immediately, and the specified units will be used and no longer available. Any punishments are immediately paused, and will resume when “Pink Elephant” allowance release period ends.
• Keyholder agrees that if User is allowed orgasm, should the User require their help they should assist in any way possible to help the User achieve orgasm.
• User will also have a full release from chastity for a period of a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 30 hours, including allowance of orgasms for the User’s birthday(1st December), and User and Keyholder’s wedding anniversary(18th December). These are additional days to those outlined above. If the User is under a punishment period for either of these two days, the punishment period will be placed on hold to allow release. It will resume immediately when release period is finished. Failure to lock back up in time will result in punishment below.
• Release from chastity on Christmas Day is at the discretion of the Keyholder. If User is under a punishment period, they will remain locked.
• User acknowledges and agrees that Keyholder has certain sexual needs that may need fulfilled and such releases for Keyholder do not constitute a release for User.
• User agrees to satisfy Keyholder by whatever means Keyholder deems necessary for sexual gratification.
• User agrees that sexual releases may be accompanied by being restrained as determined by Keyholder.
• User agrees that Keyholder may release User for the means of sexual play but that no orgasm is permitted unless Keyholder permits one.
• User agrees that Keyholder may use devices such as (but not limited to) vibrators, dildos, electro, and other artificial aids on User when Keyholder pleases, including any restraints as needed.
• User agrees that Keyholder is responsible, and knows their limits and he respects them, the User wants to expand those limits, User agrees to explore their limits on cock electro training, for every 60 minutes cock electro training the User experiences under the control of the Keyholder, they earn an additional 24 hour release(orgasm for this period is at the discretion of the Keyholder). User will require restraining and gagging.
• For every 120 minutes cock electro training, they earn an orgasm for that 24 hour release period. User will require restraining and gagging.
• User has option to build minutes for release or orgasm, however only stages of 30 minutes training completed will count, if User stops a session of training at less than 30 minutes, it will not count. However if Keyholder has to stop session due to outside influences, then User will be allowed to continue this session at a later time and this time will still count as earned.
• For Electro-cock training, the User must be reminded it is training, and he should accept it as such and trust his Top, the Keyholder. He has written this in the contract, so thereby is willing to trust his Top. Keyholder will always remember and respect the Users limits, if the User feels the Keyholder has pushed beyond their limits too far, they are allowed to restart the session again, with 15 minutes earned towards their goal before they start.

Non-Sexual Releases

• User agrees that Keyholder may release User out of good nature and that such a release from device is not grounds for sexual release and without express permission, orgasm is not allowed, if broken, the punishment is further in this contract.
• User agrees to abide by all directions from Keyholder during such releases.
• User agrees to re-secure device upon command from Keyholder.

Anal activity

• For the duration of this contract, the User is allowed anal stimulation, either with toys, or with other Tops, if they orgasm through anal stimulation, it will not class as a punishment, providing they are in chastity and did not achieve an erection.

Other Top Play

• If another Top wants to play and also wishes access to the key, this will be allowed, User is not to use the key for the duration of this period, they will be responsible only to deliver it to the Top and return it to the Keyholder. The User is not allowed to use the Key, or to put the key in the Lock. Punishment for breaking this is the same as unauthorised removal of chastity belt. Unless they are told to do so by the Top they are visiting. If the user orgasms during control of another Top, unless the Top specifically told the User not to, then it will have no punishment. However if the Top has told the User not to orgasm and they do, the punishment is an unauthorised orgasm and should be treated as such. Any Tops should be made aware of these rules and how to report to Keyholder should the User break this rule.

Diapering

• Both the Keyholder and the User have noticed that the User is much more relaxed and calmer when diapered, the User has a safe space, and are no longer reliant on bathrooms, freeing the User from additional triggers and flashbacks.

• Apart from morning pooh, shower, bath times and any sexual activity, the User should remain diapered at all other times, and the Keyholder will support the User to make this a normal part of life.

• If the User crumbles like so many others have, the Keyholder will support and remind the User of the benefits and how it helps the User daily.

Attire

• User agrees that Keyholder may require User to wear what ever they please during the confines of the household. The key holder may also choose clothing to wear hidden under street clothes when both User and Keyholder are out in public, or User is out on their own. Hidden items can also include any sexual toys and any bondage items suitable and any items from the Users wardrobe. This can also include lockable clothes for the duration the User is out, leaving the key at home.
• User agrees that Keyholder may specify that User remove all clothing within the confines of the household, and be either naked, in a diaper or dress in items the Keyholder can choose from attire available for User, including any bondage items, any sexual toys, or anything within the household that fits the User.
• Keyholder agrees that they will not require clothing that would be detrimental to normal public wear or that would otherwise affect public opinion, interfere with work duties, or that would cause public humiliation for User.
• User agrees to always wear a diaper if Keyholder requests it, failure to do so in a timely manner will result in punishment equivalent to an unauthorised orgasm, as below.
• User acknowledges that Keyholder may adorn themselves in various clothing to tease and/or torment User.

User Health and Medical needs.

• Keyholder will make keys available to User for use in medical emergency, doctor appointments, and any other situation in which excessive bodily harm or embarrassment may be present to User. Keyholder is to release User.
• User agrees that in such emergency he will notify Keyholder immediately and that no orgasm is permitted.
• User agrees that once medical condition has been rectified User will re-secure device immediately and notify Keyholder of said action.
• Should the User suffer mental distress and expresses they are suffering and as such cannot continue, then the contract is to be paused immediately, the User should be released. As soon as they can continue and are properly locked again, the contract will continue exactly as it was when paused.
• General recommendations for good prostate health are either regular orgasms, or regular milking. Keyholder should ensure that the User either receives anal stimulation through their cock, or other toys available, and Keyholder should ensure User’s prostate has been effectively drained, assisting in anyway possible.

General Understandings

• Both parties agree that everyday life decisions such as child development, household finances, and other decisions outside the bedroom will have no effect on terms of this agreement, and that such decisions made can have no impact on the terms of this agreement.
• Keyholder understands that they are free to receive any form of sexual gratification needed from User during periods of confinement.
• User is aware that rewards up to and including orgasm are given for good behaviour including but not limited to things that the Keyholder enjoys and makes known to the User from time to time; e.g. restraint, electro. Rewards assigned will be at the discretion of Keyholder.
• Both parties agree that modifications to this agreement may be needed during the period of this agreement and that such modifications can be made as long as both parties are in agreement.

Keyholder responsibilities

• Keyholder is responsible for monitoring and ensuring Users mental health and wellbeing are healthy and maintained, as both User and Keyholder are fully aware “Ignoring him ruins everything”, if User feels neglected, he can simply say or text this to the Keyholder to let him know he is having problems and needs urgent support.
• Keyholder will always ensure User is fully aware of their situation, what they have given up, when their likely next release may be, and when their eventual release could be. This should happen regularly to ensure User stays at a required level of horniness and mental well being.
• If Keyholder fails in either of these duties, punishment is below

Bath time

• Keyholder will choose a number between 1 and 4, 4 being freedom for the period of bath and a reasonable cool down period, numbers 1 to 3 represent a silicone device already labelled(1.small device, 2. device with spikes inside(punishment device), 3. Comfy silicone device). Failure to lock back up in normal chosen daily belt in a reasonable time after a bath will result in a punishment.

Naked nights

• Monthly at random intervals chosen by the Keyholder, after bath time, the User will be allowed a night of freedom, from both Chastity and diapers, allowed to sleep completely naked if they desire, they must however after their shower the next morning, reattach their chastity belt as per this agreement, it is simply a night off, and unless the Keyholder specifies, the User must not orgasm for this release period. Punishment for unauthorised orgasm is below.

Penalties and Punishments - User

• Only one punishment may be administered for any rule breach, if two can apply to what the User has done, only one punishment may be chosen.

• No Orgasm penalty periods start immediately or as soon as possible, any extra time will be added to the end of the contract.

• Both parties agree that deviation from contract will result in either cancellation of contract or punishments to correct errant behaviour.

• Breach of contract by Keyholder will constitute a cancellation of contract.

• Cancellation of contract will result in immediate release of User from device.

• Breach of contract by User will be handled at the discretion of the Keyholder as outlined below.

• Any unauthorised removal of the device will result in 90 days added to the contract and denial of three entitled releases, if any are left at this point in the contract. Also absolutely no orgasms will be allowed for User for 90 days, to start immediately or straight after any ongoing punishment period. Any bath times during this period, the chosen device will always be number 2 unless the Keyholder decides different.

• Any unauthorised orgasms will result in a 21 day period added to the contract and denial of one entitled release. User will also have 21 days orgasm denial plus 30 days punishment, making a total of 51 days of absolutely no orgasms, to start immediately, or straight after any other outstanding punishment periods. Any bath times during this period, the chosen device will always be number 2 unless the Keyholder decides different.

• If told no masturbation for a release period, and User breaks this instruction, it will result in a 14 day period added to the contract, and absolutely no orgasms will be allowed for User for a period of 28 days, to start immediately, or straight after any other outstanding punishment periods. Any bath times during this period, number 4 will not be an available option.

• Failure to put chastity device back on after a release(including bath times) within an acceptable time will result in a penalty of 7 extra days added to the contract and if any releases are left, one scheduled release will be denied (except for cleaning), and absolutely no orgasms will be allowed for User for a period of 14 days, to start immediately, or straight after any other outstanding punishment periods. Any bath times during this period, the chosen device will always be number 2 unless the Keyholder decides different.

• User agrees that additional punishments may be administered by Keyholder to correct or punish infractions from contract: [punishments agreed upon by couple] [ex: spanking, flogging, crop, electro, strict bondage positions for extended periods, also additional days to lockup period to be included to ensure User does not break the rules any further]

Penalties and Punishments - Keyholder

• Should Keyholder fail their duties in ensuring the User is mentally safe and well, then the User can punish the Keyholder. User has the choice of any of the bondage positions and experiences they have had with the Keyholder, and is allowed to share that experience by putting the Keyholder through the same. The User can also introduce new situations as they wish. User also has the option to place Keyholder in a diaper for the duration of up to a maximum of 6 hours.User will earn one extra “Pink Elephant” allowance to use when they select.
