Wetting And Messing While Asleep...

If you wish to sleep in diapers and wake up in wet and or messy diapers, please read and follow instructions.

When a baby is born, it acts on instinct. It is aware of its bodies needs and when it comes time to void, will fuss to get its careers attention. This is normally ignored in the western world as we have tuned ourselves that a baby wears diapers and should use them. The baby learns this, and ignores this need until it becomes uncomfortable.

What causes a baby to wet is the constant openness of its sphincter muscle and the non production of ADH. ADH does two major things, 1- reabsorbs water from the kidneys, 2-focuses the mind. It is normal for a baby to constantly move in its sleep. It is replaying, and reacting what it did during the day. Since a baby will sleep 70% of its day, and it has learnt not to fuss before voiding, it will wet in its sleep. Also, since there is a large abount of water in its stools, it will also mess without really noticing it. By the time the babys muscles are mature enough to notice its voidings, it has learnt, due to the fact that nobody has told it different, to wet and mess in its diapers. In a word, a baby is totally comfortable in wearing and soiling diapers. It knows that its parents will clean up any messes it makes.

For you to get to this stage, needs a few things. 1-To be totally comfortable and relaxed. 2-To ignore your bodys instinct to wake you.

Sleeping while voiding is not in relation to voiding paterens, but sleep patterens.

Training and Instructions

1- Firstly, convince your mind that your bed will not suffer if you happen to void while asleep. This is done by remembering your baby bed and its associated noises and smells. Useing a few large bags, the thicker and noisier the better, place them on your matteress. Place over this, a plastic matteress protector. Coat the matteress protector with baby powder. Place over this a single, but old bed sheet. This is done to 1-associate the smell with baby powder, 2-associate the noise as a crib. 2-Convince your mind that the bed will nto sufgfer if you happen to wet it. Sleep on this for a few days. Within a week or so, you will not even notice the noise of the plastic. That is, you will contiously be unaware of the plastic, but your subcontious will be fully aware of it.

2-Change your diet. Don't eat heavily during the day, ie light snacks of fresh fruit. Your last meal about 2 hours before you sleep should consit of white meat/fish and vegtables. This is to do two things. White meat/fish contain a sleep inducing chemical - tryptoline. Fresh fruit and vegtables increase the water content in the body and therefore reduce the need for the production of ADH specifically vassporessin. It takes on average 4-6 hours to digest food, therefore your bowels will fill while you sleep. You will not mess in your sleep as you have been trained from years of holding it, and will mess in the morning.

3-Increase your water consumption in the evenings. You have already enough water in your system from the food, you will automatically stop producing ADH. This will cause you to move around in bed, and correspondingly, cause your mind to remember your baby sleep actions. You will wake up after five hours to void as your bladder fills and disturbs your sleep. This is what we want.

4-After about three nights of waking up in the middle of the night, heavily diaper yourself (4-5 layers of cloth and 2 pairs of plastic pants). We need you to realise, when half-awake that you are wearing diapers. You are also trying to convince your subcontious that the diapers are thick enought to hold anything you can throw at them.

5-On the first night that you are diapered, you will fully wake up to wet. Do not move or change your position, but relax and wet your diaper. (I know that this is extremely hard to do, but it is very important that you do not move - you do not want to change your position of comfort, and you also want to tell your subcontious that it is OK to void in your diapers)

6-At this stage, I suggest you use a hynotic tape system. The one you are lookinfg for is to associate diapers with wetting and/or messing. All they do is convince you to relax completely.

7-The next night, before you go to bed, make yourself a baby bottle and drink it while lying in bed. Its contents:- Hot Dark Chocolate (made on water) and mixed with it is 4 sleeping tablets. The sleeping tablets will keep you asleep. The reason for water instead of milk is that the chemical in milk will keep you awake. (Baby forumla has the same effect on an adult body. Breast milk has the oppsite effect - it induces sleep) The choclate is a blind reinforcement which I will explain later. Tonight, you may wake up slightly to wet, but ignore the feeling and go back to sleep without moving.

8 - Keep reducing the amount of sleeping tablets to half the previous nights dose until you are eventually only drinking a baby bottle of hot choclate. The hot choclate will now trick the body to go into a deep sleep as the body is expecting sleeping tablets. The tryptoline from the white meat/fish will keep you asleep, and the bowels will fill from digesting the meal. The extra water in the food will fill your bladder and soften your stools, and the reduction in production of ADH will mean your bladder will fill many times a night.

The choclate will act as a laxative, and you will fill your diapers without waking. The hypnotic suggestions will ensure that the trigger is diapers plus choclate, so if you wish to be dry and clean one night, don't drink the baby bottle and leave off the diapers.

The first few nights, you may awake before voiding, but if you do not move (change position) you body will de;lay and eventually stop sending the wake trigger. The time you awake will change from before, to during to after the event. After a week or so, you will wake up in the morning in a wet and messy diaper, unaware of its state until you move/smell it, and totally unaware when you voided.

Once this occurs, you will find that you will revert to sleeping as deeply as you did as a baby, and that you will be having the best nights sleep that you ever had. Also, you will be able to fall asleep very quickly.

Warning

A square of choclate will act as a trigger once you are diapered. It will become as potent as a sleeping tablet to you.

It is advisable, every so often, to go to bed without the triggers, and try and stay clean and dry. This is to avoid the problem of muscle athropy that will occur if your sphincter muscles are not used at night. If you don't, you may begin to have problems during the day.

If you wish to be totally incontinent 24/7, just continue to wear the diapers. Since the body has reverted to not holding it during periods of sleep, if you wear diapers during the day, the body will remember that it does not have to hold, and will void at its own wishes - wetting as and after you drink to keep the water balance in the body, messing about 2-3 hours after every meal.

Blind Copying

Using a candy in parallel to a drug is called blind copying. Since the candy has the stronger flavour, and the sleeping tablet has a specific action, the candy will also have the same action. The body reacts to a drug and remembers the reaction. If a specific flavour is used for the drug, the bady will think that it is absorbing the drug, and will act as if it has the drug. This happens cause most drugs use what is called as chain operations.

Sleeping tablets do not actually tell the body to sleep. The instead trigger the body to percieve that there is a very strong posion in the system that could harm barin functions. The body reacts by reducing the blood presure to the brain. The brain reacts by reducing the blood preassure in the body. Since the body blood pressure is dropped, the brain blood pressure is dropped. This causes the brain to sleep. The actual sleeping tablet is then disolved with the lower intestine and excreted.

Therefore, the first time you take a sleeping tablet, the effect is very slow, but will become faster the more you take. However, the side effect is that you will become dependant on them. Since we have blind copied sleeping tablets with choclate, choclate will have the exact same effect on your body, but will not have any addictive or side effects except cocao is a natural laxitive. The reason for dark chocolate is twofold 1-strong flavour, 2-doesn't stop your enjoyment of milk chocolate. The chocolate can be substituted for any substance that you normally would not drink, and that does not contain milk or alcohol.

:o Warning, a blind copied substance can be as potent or more potent than the original drug. As a result, a square of dark choclate will trigger the sleep reflex in you. If you are also diapered, you will use them like a baby whether you want to or not :o

I don't soil my diapers in my sleep, but I may or may not wet in my sleep. Since I started 24/7, about a year ago, I do awake some mornings in a wet diaper with no conscious memory of waking to pee. I still feel that I am waking and just don't remember, but the result is the same. I have tried sleeping with out a diaper a couple of times and didn't wet the bed other than on purpose so that's why I feel I am waking up to wet my diapers. I have also messed my diaper a couple of times in bed, but have awakened to do that. I'd rather do that consciously anyhow.
