Looking for role play partners

would you be interested in doing a roleplay about a dystopian future (Inspired by SallyKAT's stories)

Very briefly a virus (how apposite) has made men shrink and (mostly) regress mentally.  They shrink physically to about 3 ft 3 ins tall (rough height of 4 or 5 year old).  80% regress to that mental age as well, while 15% are "switchers" - i.e sometimes mentally regressed, sometimes not. 5% do not regress at all.  So I am picturing various characters, starting with a Government cabinet meeting to go over the situation, establish the new laws, decide who gets to vote etc., (this will give the back ground), then go to 3 couple, one where the man is mentally regressed, one where he is a switcher, the other where he doesn't mentally regress at all.

As a carrot, if you agree, I'll do one of your roleplays.
