Skye nodded and got what James asked for out the diaper bag and handed it to him while she waited

Aurora was calming down as tommy drank his bottle

James began to undo the tabs of the diaper “oh phew sweetie it is everywhere....” as Tiffany playing and crawling around in her poppy diaper had caused it to be everywhere, James took wipe after wipe cleaning her up.

Tiffany giggled happily letting janes get to work

skye just looked around the room as she waited for the chnage to be over

James finally got Tiffany changed and into a clean diaper handing her a pacifier from her bag and placing her down “ok skye now it’s your turn” as he picked her up and layed her on the changing table as well and proceeded to get her soaked diaper off and clean her up quickly and put a fresh diaper on “I think I’m getting pretty good at this, what do you think?” He tickled skye

Tiffany suckled her paci happily as she  was placed on the floor happy in a fresh diaper

skye let James clean her up and giggled as she was about to answer him. Unable to stop as she was pretty ticklish

He finally stopped and threw away both dirty diapers and washed his hands before carrying each in his arms and walking out. “Ok girls like a promised you each can pick out one scoop of ice cream. Which one do you want?” As he walked to the cashier

Both girls looked over the selection Tiffany pointing to strawberry and Skye pointing to rocky road

James placed the order and paid, the cashier handing each of the girls there ice cream and James brought them back to the table relieved to see both Aurora and Tommy had calmed down.

”hey everything ok over here?”

[baby frost]

“ yeah.” Aurora said smiling up at James.” You guys all good.” She asked 

 

both girls were happily enjoying their ice cream.

“Yep both are now clean and the ice cream helps too” as he sat down with each of them on one of there legs.

James looked at Tommy who wasn’t crying but clearly didn’t look well. “Should we take him to the doctor or something? Or I can drop you all off at home and go get something from the pharmacy”

“ i think the second option would be fine i don’t think the doctor is still open this late.” She said

the girls were happy with their ice cream licking away

“Yea if it doesn’t get better tonight we can take him tomorrow” he got a wipe from the diaper bag and cleaned up the girls face and stickey hands “ok girls time to go home “ he stood up and carried them to the car

Skye and Tiffany let him clean their faces their ice cream finished. And snuggled into him as they were carried out

 

aurora got the diaper bag and held tommy as they headed for the car

After the kids were all buckled in James drove everyone back to the house. Tommy cuddling with his monkey he left in his car seat.

They get to the house and James helps get the girls out and settled inside before getting ready to go to the store “i’ll Be right back call me if you want me to buy anything else ok” giving her a quick kiss

Aurora brought tommy in and placed him on the rug before kissing James.” Ok thanks hon.” She said as she watched him leave

Tommy crawled around on the floor wiping his runny nose on his shirt as he found some blocks and began to play with those.

James went to the store  and was a bit overwhelmed by all the options not knowing where to start or what to buy for Tommy

Aurora FaceTimed James to help him with the choice while she watched over the kids

It was incredibly helpful and much needed as he bought pedilight and some other medicines designed for toddlers and brought them home

Aurora thanked him and went back to watching the kids tommy with his blocks and the girls having a tea party

James came back in “hey babe I got everything you said.” As he placed it on the table. 

Tommy was exhausted from everything but kept quite his shirt wet from sweating from his fever as he kept rubbing his eyes wanting a bath and bedtime

Aurora got the medicine and decided it was time to get him ready for bed.” Can i watch the girls while i get him ready for bed.” She said

James nodded “yea of course” as he sat on the couch and turned on a Disney movie for the girls to have on in the background and watched them play

tommy was pushing a car around and making Vroom vroom sounds

“ tommy honey it’s bathtime.” She said gently lifting him up.

 

the girls saw the movie and went over to the couch to watch it

He nodded okay and allowed himself to be carried.

”can my bath have wots and Wots of wubble pease”

“ of course baby.” She said as she got in the bathroom and started to run the water pouring a lot of bubbles in for him
