What do you use as a diaper bag?

I have two backpacks that I used to use as daypacks when hiking and climbing ,I don't do either anymore for obvious reasons they are made by The North Face and have a model name that seems oddly appropriate for a diaper bag "The Surge" one of them is on back of my wheelchair at all times.nobod has any idea whats in it .

I recently replaced my in-home diaper bag.   I found a Thirty-One Large Tote bag that perfectly holds adult diapers.  While it is a bit obvious, It holds my ABDL goodies.

I found a backpack at Salvation Army for $4. Couldn't see spending close to $20 at Wal-Mart for one when my outings are never really for that long.
I just keep a couple of diapers and adult wipes and bags in it for when I think my diaper is to wet and might leak when I sit down I change before that happens.

Currently I use a green backpack. But I want to get a real diaper bag at some point. (Only if it's 80s or 90s). I'm also hoping to make a custom box to hold my ABU nappies.
