Mya's College Adoption

[robehouse]

"Then you don't get any ice cream, baby. You want ice cream, don't you?" Stephanie cooed.

Stephanie picked up the spoon and scooped up some macaroni and cheese and brought it to Mya's mouth.

[Lillybaby]

“ yes I want ice cream “ mya saidz 

she moved her mouth away from the spoon not wanting to be fed. 

[robehouse]

"If you don't eat then you don't get ice cream. I guess you don't really want ice cream." 

Gina picked up the spoon and tried to feed Mya.

[Lillybaby]

“ no I want to feed myself but I’m not hungry now “ mya said moving her head away. 

Mane put her thumb up to her mouth. 

[robehouse]

"You are not feeding yourself, baby. Either mama or myself will feed you. If you don't let us by the time we finish our dinner, then no ice cream." Stephanie said.

[Lillybaby]

Mya didn’t say anything she sucked her thumb and poured. Not caring what Stephanie said. She wanted her way and her way only. 

[robehouse]

"Are you finished with your bottle? I can get you some more to drink if you want. If you aren't going to let us feed you, we'll have to get baby formula for you to drink." Stephanie said.

[Lillybaby]

“ no I like regular milk “ she said picking up her bottle to drink it. Mya always got like this when she was tired or didn’t get her way. Which was both right now. She was mad at her mommys. 

[robehouse]

"Well if you don't eat for us, you will be drinking formula. We can't let you starve. Just be glad we're not making you eat baby food." Stephanie said.

Stephanie and Gina continued to eat their lunch.

[Lillybaby]

“ No “ she said from behind her bottle. She would refuse to do that. Mya was very stubborn. But just like food parents Gina and Stephanie know exactly what to do.  She kept drinking her bottle getting tired and still cranky.

mya looked over at Gina. “ mama can I have ice cream “ she said thinking she could play them. 

[robehouse]

"You know the answer to that, baby. You didn't eat your lunch, so you don't get ice cream." Gina said.

Stephanie and Gina finished their lunch and Stephanie paid. Gina took off Mya's bib and got got her out of the high chair.

"Alright, let's get you back to school." Gina said.

[Lillybaby]

“ but you wouldn’t let me feed my self. You guys are mean “ mya said crossing her arms. She was so close to throwing a tantrum. 

[robehouse]

"You're our baby. You aren't supposed to feed yourself. Maybe next time you'll let us feed you." Stephanie said.

Gina carried Mya and Bubbles out to the car and put her in her car seat. She slipped a, pacifier in Mya's mouth.

"Time to back to class. You're going down for a nap when we get there." Gina said.

[Lillybaby]

“But I’m not tired “ mya whined. 

Before she could say more started to whine. 

“ mama I don’t want to go down for a nap “ she cried. 

[robehouse]

"You sound tired to me, baby." Gina said.

Stephanie drove to the school and parked the car. Gina got Mya and they went to the childcare classroom. Gina took Mya to the crib and laid her down. She put Bubbles next to her and gave Mya her blanket.

"Alright baby. Close your eyes and sleep."

[Lillybaby]

“ I’m not “ mya said. Mya inside the crib and threw out bubbles. She started to cry. 

“I don’t want to take a nap “ she cried throwing  a huge tantrum. She was screaming crying. 

Ms.thomas came over “ why is throwing a tantrum “ ms. Thomas asked concerned. 

[robehouse]

Gina picked up Bubbles.

"You will take a nap when your mommy and mama tell you to." Gina said.

Stephanie sighed as Ms. Thomas came over.

"It's been building up since we went to lunch. She wouldn't let us feed her, and now she doesn't want to take a nap." Stephanie said

[Lillybaby]

Mya cried until she eventually went to sleep Turing her self out. 

 Ms.thomas sighed. “ well that’s normal for a baby her age to want independence especially since mya was an adult. But you have to punish her for what she did” 

[robehouse]

"How would you suggest we punish her?" Stephanie asked.

[Lillybaby]

“Well it depends. Maybe a good spanking or a time out. If she act like she two a couple seats on her behind is not bad but younger than that just a time out will do. 

Also you both let mya control your life. Your the parent be more stric with her. “ ms.thomas explained. 

[robehouse]

Both Stephanie and Gina nodded.

"You're right, we have been to lenient on her. I guess we've just been afraid to spank her or put her in time out." Stephanie said.

Gina nodded in agreement.

[Lillybaby]

“ it’s okay it’s you guys first child. When threw that tantrum at lunch I would of spanked her then made her eat. When mya. Wakes up I want you guys to put her in time out. “ me.thomas said trying to help them be better parents. 

[robehouse]

Stephanie and Gina nodded.

"You're right, we should have. Okay, when she wakes up, we'll put her in time out."  Gina agreed.

Gina and Stephanie sat down to wait for nuts to wake up.

[Lillybaby]

Mya woke after thirty minutes. She was soaked. Also hungry since she didn’t eat any lunch. “ mommy’s I’m up “ she said standing in the crib. 

[robehouse]

Stephanie came over to the crib.

"Did you have a nice nap, baby? How about we get your diaper changed, and then you will be going in time out for your tantrum." Stephanie said.

Stephanie lifted Mya out of the crib and undressed her before partying her on the changing table. She pulled the strap across her.
