Alexis filled up Grace's plate of food with small portions. Then set to the side to go get her sippy cup and bib and silverware from the diaper bag. She tied the bib on the sleepy girl, and then filled the sippy with water.

As Jimmy ate his lunch, he watched Alexis feed Grace. It looked like Grace was an actual toddler in the high chair, opening her mouth as Alexis fed her. He took out his phone and took a picture of Grace.

Grace nodding off every now and then trying to keep her head up. She was so sleepy from her nap. She continued to eat though.

Jimmy saw Grace nodding off and Alexis was getting food all over Grace's face and bib as well as her mouth.

"Should we put Grace back in the pack n play after she eats? She looks like she could use a longer nap."

[Skylove27]

"Yeah that would be a good idea. She's almost finished, just a few more bites." Alexis says.

Jimmy finished eating his food and

Grace finished her last bite.

Jimmy came over and lifted Grace out of the high chair. He kissed her

Grace tried to keep her eyes open as her head

Jimmy came back out to the kitchen.

"She's already asleep. I had no idea she was so worn out."

[Skylove27]

"She used a lot of energy last night when she was crying

[robehouse]

"That's true. I hope we can do something about her nightmares."

Jimmy fixed himself a cup of coffee and sat down at the table.

[Skylove27]

"Well we'll only worry about doing something about her nightmares if she keeps having them." Alexis says.

[robehouse]

Jimmy nodded at Alexis's comment.

"Yes we will. I think Grace has taken a liking to both of you and isn't afraid of you like she was. Maybe Alexis and I can use you as a babysitter if we want to go out sometime. Of course that won't be for awhile. She is still getting used to us taking care of her."

[Skylove27]

"Of course. We'd love to babysit her sometime in the future." Emma smiled.

[robehouse]

Jimmy drank his coffee as he waited for Alexis to finish eating.

Alexis finished eating and Grace was still napping.

[robehouse]

Jimmy saw that Alexis was finished eating.

"What are we going to do if Grace doesn't wake up for the drive home? I don't think it would be safe to just let her sit in the back seat while she is asleep. She might fall over. I wish we had a car seat for her."

[Skylove27]

"I think we should just wake her up if she doesn't then. Then we can talk about the carseat idea too." Alexis says

[robehouse]

"Alright, that sounds good."

Jimmy stood up and took his cup to the sink. He went to check on Grace in the playroom.

Grace was still asleep, she moved around cutely in her sleep every few minutes.

[robehouse]

Jimmy felt Grace's bottom to see if she had wet herself in her sleep, then picked up her pacifier which had fallen out of Grace's mouth and slipped it in his pocket. He walked out to the living room.

"She's still asleep. Should we take the potty out to the car or have her use it when she wakes up?"

[Skylove27]

"She hasn't gone for over an hour and it takes 30 minutes to get back to our house. I suggest we have her go potty before we go." Alexis says.

[robehouse]

"Alright. That's a good idea. It would be terrible if she had an accident in the car on the way home."

"That sounds good. Who's playing?" Jimmy asked, coming over and sitting next to Alexis.

"Falcons vs. Lions." Emma says passing over a bowl of popcorn to them. Then getting up to make another one.
