interesting diaper reference in a video game.

So, i was playing a new game (called " You Dont Know Jack, part of a bunch of video games in the Jackbox Pack) while on Vacation for a week, and one of the characters is an old man who mentioned needing to change his Nappy.

I thought it was weird the character said Nappy insteas of Diaper since im in the US, but maybe it means someone who made the game is from/in the UK?

there are versions specific for uk, france, japan and germany. So perhaps got a few uk entries slipped in..

There may have been, i didn't play every episode of the game as there was a lot i wanted to do in the 1 week i had off of work.
