What Does That Mean?

New member, just posted a topic... after posting I looked at it and saw in my profile to the left of the post at the bottom it said: Warn 0% with a few blocks after it... What is this? Is it just some sort of warning that I am a new user/possible spammer or... I dunno, or something... any ideas?

Hi John there's no need to worry, you're not being singled out, we've all got a warn-meter, except that you can't see ours, and we can't see yours

It's for the mods to use in case we're norty and they give us a warning.
