Is it just me or did there use to be Buzz light year of Star Command Toys at one time. I'm talking about

I am familiar with not only Buzz Lightyear, but from where they got the character. In 1999 I got dragooned into going to MonsterRally99 a horror/Nonster movie convention. For some reason, along with Christopher Lee they had Ed Kemmer there specifically because of his early 1950's character, Buzz Corry, which is how I got talkied into going
