Foreign Exchange

[robehouse]

Trudy saw her mother wasn't in the bedroom when she took Kim in. She saw the diaper and pajamas on the bed and smiled at Kim. She took off the towel.

"Kim good girl? Kim wear diaper?" Trudy said, hoping that Kim would allow her to put the diaper on her without fighting her.

Trudy patted the mattress on Kim's bed, making the plastic sheet rustle noisily.

Kim nodded and went over and laid on the bed.

Trudy patted the front of Kim's diaper and smiled, nodding.

"Kim good girl," Agreed Trudy.

Trudy picked up the pajama bottoms while Kim was still lying on her back. She worked Kim's feet through the leg openings and pulled the bottoms up. She helped Kim to her feet and brought the pajama bottoms over the diaper. Trudy fastened the bottoms and then put the top on Kim, buttoning it up. She took Kim's hand and led her toward the bedroom door. She reached behind Kim and patted her bottom.

"Kim good girl. Kim show mom and dad." Trudy said, leading Kim down the hall.

Kim let Trudy dress her and lead her down the hall not really sure of everything she was saying or why she kept touching the front of her diaper or the back of her diaper.

Trudy felt Kim come to a stop when they reached the stairs. When she realized Kim wouldn't go down,Trudy nodded. She knelt down and patted the floor at the top step.

"Kim sit here. Kim good girl." Trudy said.

Trudy went downstairs and found her father and mother.

"Kim is ready for bed, but she refuses to come down here. I think she is afraid of falling. Can one of you bring her down for her snack?" Trudy asked.

Bob stood up and came upstairs. he smiled at Kim.

"Kim up? Kim have snack." Bob said, holding out his hands

Kim sat down at the top step and waited.

Bob picked Kim up and started down with her. He heard Kim say she was a good girl and that she peed in the potty. At least that's what he took it to mean.

"Kim good girl. Kim pee." Bob agreed, patting Kim's bottom.

Bob carried Kim to the dining room and sat her in one of the chairs. In front of her was a plate of cookies and a large glass of milk.

"Kim good girl. Kim snack."Bob said.

Trudy was sitting at the table as well. She smiled and picked up a cookie from her own plate and dunked it in the glass of milk before putting it in her mouth.

"Kim good. Yummy." Trudy said.

Trudy finished her milk and cookies.

"Goodnight Kim. I go take bath. You go to bed. Dad and mom put you to bed. Kim good girl."

Trudy went upstairs to the bathroom and started taking her bath.

Kathy waited for Kim to finish

Kim slept peacefully through the night.

Trudy woke up a few minutes after Kim did and sat up. She looked over and saw Kim pressing her hand against her privates.

Kim looked at her for a minute.

Trudy finally started to fully wake up. She heard Kim say she was a good girl and that she peed. Trudy checked Kim again. This time her crotch felt warm. She undid the front of Kim's pajama bottoms and

Kim took off the wet diaper and started to clean up her legs.

Bob smiled when he saw Kim come into the living room carrying her wet diaper with her overalls not fastened properly. Bob took the wet diaper and put it on the floor. He pulled the straps over Kim's shoulders and fastened them. He

Kim nodded.

She sat down and started to eat.

Kathy smiled at the milk mustache Kim had. She listened to Kim.

"Kim good girl. Kim eat. Kim grow strong," Kathy said.

After Kim had left the room Trudy finished her breakfast and cleared her and Kim's dishes from the table putting them in the dishwasher. She went upstairs to see if Kim had found her tiger yet. When she entered the bedroom she saw the tiger's tail sticking out from under Kim's bed.

"Tiger. Roarrrr!" Trudy said.

"Doll?" Kim asked when she finally retrieved her tiger.

Trudy wanted to be able to understand Kim and wanted Kim to understand her, so she worked through the day with her. She was rewarded with Kim using small phrases instead of just words. She smiled as Kim pointed at things and used sentences now instead of words.

"There is mom," Kim said when she appeared.

[robehouse]

Bob and Kathy had two girls to carry upstairs. Kim slept through being diapered and then dressed in her pajamas. Kathy got Kim under the covers and saw the doll. She put the doll under Kim's arm and covered it as well.

Bob got Trudy dressed in her pajamas and into bed as well. They both gave the girls a kiss before turning out the light and leaving the room.

Trudy was still half asleep when Kim woke her up to check her diaper. Trudy unfastened Kim's pajama bottoms. She could smell the pee even before checking her diaper. She smiled at Kim.
