We sleep on an air mattress so that's no trouble cleaning up. My biggest problem is when I forget to wear a diaper or pull up and I have an accident, the pee gets on the blanket. Sometimes soaking it.

I can't say enough about having a backup sheet set. I too don't have a functioning washer/dryer, but I was almost everything in my tub with Oxy Clean and Ammonia. The Oxy Clean removes all/and stains (even blood!) And the Ammonia always send to get the smells out for me.

Nature's Miracle...used for pet stains and smells, again a peroxide bleach.

Hydrogen peroxide itself can also be used, but you need to be careful about the effect on the fabric.

A used washing machine is generally not expensive.
